California Islamic Center sprayed with graffiti is being investigated as a hate crime even though nobody was murdered. How about the soldiers who were shot by the Muslim in Arkansas? Did we hear anything about a hate crime there?
CYPRESS – The Islamic Center of Cypress was tagged with graffiti last night in an incident that authorities are investigating as a hate crime.
Police did not disclose what words were tagged, but described the tagging as 2-3-foot tall script in black spray paint on the front side of the building closest to the street.
There were multiple words, some of them explicit, that were “very suggestive and very specific,” said Sgt. Tom Bruce of the Cypress Police Department.
An officer on routine patrol discovered the tagging around 4 a.m. today. Police don’t have any leads to investigate, and are asking that anyone with information call the detective bureau at 714-229-6631.
“We are working hand in hand with the Islamic Center staff as well as the Council on American-Islamic Relations and the Orange County Human Relations Commission,” Bruce said. (Oh goodie, you’re working with co-conspirators and financers of terrorist groups. Yeah, that makes sense)
A phone call to the Islamic Center was not immediately returned.
The Council on American-Islamic Relations said that the graffiti read: “(expletive) You,” “We’re going to kill you,” and “US Military is going to kill you all.”
“This apparent hate crime points to the need to challenge the destructive phenomenon of anti-Muslim stereotypes in our society that President Obama warned us about in his speech today in Cairo,” Hussam Ayloush, the executive director of the council’s Los Angeles office, said in a prepared statement. (How about if Muslims stop terrorizing the world and slaughtering non-believers if they want to get rid of stereotypes? How about if so-called ‘moderate’ Muslims condemn the ones who commit terrorist acts in the name of Islam? Until then they are all co-conspirators in terrorism. They should be thankful they were only attacked with spray paint.)
