Of course the CAIR Nazis are behind yet another nuisance lawsuit over a judge telling a Muslim to remove her headscarf in court.
A Wayne County, IL judge who demanded that a Muslim woman remove her religious headscarf (hijab) in court is the target of a lawsuit. The Michigan chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-MI) is scheduled to hold a news conference Wednesday to announce the filing of a federal lawsuit against Wayne County Circuit Judge William Callahan. The Muslim plaintiff says she felt so intimidated by the judges repeated demand that she eventually removed her headscarf.

Also, it could be a male, female, or something in-between.

I cannot wear a hat in a courtroom, so why should she be allowed to wear the hijab (I have to keep from saying “b***job” every time I see that word)in a courtroom.
Abide by the laws of the states and the laws of the Republic, or GTFO, Muslims.
