UK: Parents outraged over HALAL-ONLY food being forced on their chilldren in schools fight back

This is a leaflet that has been distributed by an unnamed group outside a school in Harrow, protesting against the decision to serve Islamic-approved Halal meat ONLY in schools.
To Parents
“Did you know that your school is going to supply Muslim Halal meat for school dinners not just for Muslims but for all children. You don’t know this because your Head Teacher Katrina Mildner the Chair of Governors Ted Sturdy and Harrow Council chose not to tell you because you are of no importance. They are putting the Muslims beliefs before yours, the reason is they have no respect for you or your children or your beliefs.
English meat is slaughtered humanely so the animal doesn’t not suffer unlike the Halal method. The Bird or Animal has verses read from the Karan as part of the preparation before they slit it’s throat and let it bleed to death. This can take up to 370 seconds for a Calf to die. All the blood then has to be drained out. It is cruel and inhumane by our Western standards. Don’t let the Muslims force their barbaric ways on us, let’s stick to our principles and our way of life or we will lose them forever. This is our England.
You can tell the school you don’t want your child eating Halal. You can complain to the council. Or you can get other mothers and fathers to sign a petition and send this in.” LINK
Furious parents last night hit out at plans to serve halal-only school dinners. Pupils will have no option but to eat meat slaughtered following Islamic teachings specifically for Muslims.
The controversial technique involves unstunned animals bleeding to death after having their throats cut. Campaigners say the method is barbaric and should be banned.
But all high schools in the London borough of Harrow have been told to provide only halal meat on menus. Already two of the borough’s 52 primary schools have chosen halal-only menus. There are fears the other 50 will follow this autumn.
The ruling has sparked huge protests among parents who say they were not consulted. Angry opponents say it is blatantly pandering to Muslims by trampling over the feelings of other faiths. Daily Star

I came across your website and read some of the information and your U Tube video. With all due respect I just want to let you know that if you eat the meat of the bird and any animal then you have to kill that anyways and the pain of the killing is the same does not matter which way you kill it. The Halal way of sacrificing any animal is preferred even by the latest medical Science and that is even good for the health as compare to the regular killing by current or bullet in the head.
I hope it does not heart your feelings and I just tried to explain what is the right way of killing, it may look really scary and painful but God know better and this is the way God has commanded. We have to die one day and we will find out the truth.
You also don’t have to portrait Islam bad just because of these images and call it as Islamophobia, This is the religion of peace. This will spread all over the world even if someone try to deformate it’s original shape. As it is written in Holy Quran that this religion will prevail even if they like it or not.
