Kenyan PM, Raila Odinga, is Barack Obama’s cousin for whom Obama used $23 million in US taxpayer dollars to promote a Shari’a Law-based constitution in Kenya. FYI: ONLY 12% OF KENYA IS MUSLIM.

An investigation by three Republican congressmen has revealed the Obama administration has secretly spent $23 million of U.S. taxpayer dollars in Kenya to fund a “Yes” vote on a constitutional referendum that would increase access to abortions in Kenya and establish legal status for Islamic law tribunals - a move that some congressmen have contested violates the Siljander amendment, a statute that prohibits the federal government from lobbying for or against abortion with foreign aid funds. NAIROBI, Kenya, Nov 28 – Prime Minister Raila Odinga has ordered a nationwide crackdown on homosexuals in Kenya.

Mr Odinga on Sunday said that police should arrest anyone found engaging in such behaviours and take appropriate legal action against them.

“We will not tolerate such behaviours in the country. The constitution is very clear on this issue and men or women found engaging in homosexuality will not be spared,” Mr Odinga said. “Any man found engaging in sexual activities with another man should be arrested. Even women found engaging in sexual activities will be arrested,” the premier warned.

A move by Uganda to introduce a Bill calling for long jail terms or death penalty in some cases of homosexuality received international condemnation, with US President Barack Obama describing it as “odious”. He said: “But surely we can agree that it is unconscionable to target gays and lesbians for who they are, whether it is here in the United States or… more extremely, in odious laws that are being proposed more recently in Uganda.” CAPITAL H/T Gateway Pundit

On Aug. 29, 2007, Raila Odinga signed a secret Memorandum of Understanding with Sheikh Abdullahi Abdi, chairman of the National Muslim Leaders Forum of Kenya. In exchange for Muslim support, Odinga agreed, among other things, to:

Rewrite the national constitution to install sharia as the law in all “Muslim declared regions.”
Elevate Islam as “the only true religion” and give Islamic leaders an “oversight role to monitor activities of ALL other religions.”
Establish sharia courts in every Kenyan divisional headquarters.
Ban Christian proselytism.
Fire the police commissioner for “allow[ing] himself to be used by heathens and Zionists” to oppress Muslims.
Adopt Islamic dress codes for women.
Ban alcohol and pork.
