I guess a lot of them will die when there are no more Israeli doctors to save them.

if that happens, (God Forbid) they will have no excuse to get billions of dollars in aid, no hospitals, no food, no nothing… but then they could be content and sease to exist because that means they have achieved their peace and we all have disappeared… the world would be a barren hellhole without art, music, joy, animals…
