CAIR Litigation Jihadists win $50,000 settlement from Security Firm that won’t allow a Muslim Baghead to wear her headbag at work

Imperial Security Inc. has agreed to pay $50,000 to settle a federal religious discrimination lawsuit involving a Muslim employee’s religious head covering (apparently filed by CAIR), said the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Business InsuranceThe EEOC said Julie Holloway-Russell had worn a khimar, a cloth that covers her hair, ears and neck, as required by her religious beliefs—when she interviewed for a job as a security guard at the Philadelphia-based firm in November 2009.

However, she was told to remove the headbag when she reported to her first work assignment. After she refused to do so, she was terminated, said EEOC regional attorney Debra Lawrence.

The EEOC said in its statement that in addition to the $50,000 settlement, the three-year consent decree resolving the lawsuit prohibits Imperial Security from further discriminating based on religion or engaging in unlawful retaliation.

A company spokesman could not immediately be reached for comment.Charges filed with the EEOC by Muslims outweigh those filed by individuals of other identified religious groups.

    If you can’t wear the required uniform for a job, then don’t take the job.
    Also…did this company tell her befor they hired her, what the dress code on duty was?

    • BN, that’s where they screwed up. They told her not to wear it the first day she reported to work, but not in the interview (where she wore one). That’s why I warn employers not to hire muslims, period, even if they only suspect they are muslims. Employers are not required to tell anyone exactly why they were not hired.

    Companies are stuck with a problem. Many of these girls have western names so the companies don’t know if they wear the headrag or not.

    There was a case in Canada that a muslim applied for a job as a security guard. The company hired him. During his work shift, he would leave for prayers… now this guy is a security guard. He put in a complaint with the human rights commission and won.

    We can only hope companies smarten up, maybe impose a mutually signed dress code and make it clear that their workplace is religious neutral and no visible religious signs or religious activity on the premises of the workplace will be tolerated for anyone.

    • Susan, having a stated dress code policy is good but CAIR still sues companies that won’t hire muslims because of it and often wins.

      That’s why they must use any excuse but the headrag as a reason the person wasn’t hired. And considering there are dozens of people applying for every job today, all they have to say is we hired someone more qualified.

Your sympathy is with these murderers, and terrorists, and you hire them, you get what you deserve, They will cause trouble among your other employees. They will sabotage your equipment, talk behind your back. They are great at placing demands concerning their prayer time, dietary laws, bathroom laws, dress code violations, etc.Muslims is just another word for trouble makers.     Notice that the test case trouble maker in the story is a convert. Has anyone else noticed how goofy American women are before they throw themselves at the feet of Muslim men?

    My sister was a classic case: She was always emotionally disturbed from youth and was even hospitalized for mental illness. She had no real friends. She had a violent temper and horrifyingly low self-esteem.

    She joined our mixed family, then went to live with her real father, then her grandmother, then an aunt, then a sister, back with us, then somewhere else. She was extremely awkward around boys. She dreaded the social atmosphere of school that forced her to interact with normal people, by which unwelcome contrast she appeared all that much crazier. She vacillated wildly between world views, now an abstemious Mormon, now a slutty atheist, now an Herbalife dealer, now a man-hater, now a doormat, now a Muslim. (It’s the volatility that tips you off they’re never really considering their next big paradigm shift.)

    She struggled to maintain employment and never worked anywhere for long. She dated white men who called her crazy. Then she tried black men who just went with it. Finally she ended up settling in with Muslims. And why? Of course because much of her nutty personality, a serious impediment to navigating through with the real world, was lost in translation. It became a welcome blur. Moreover, since all Muslims in general and Muslim women in particular are as nutty as a pecan tree, there was no big hurdle to overcome there. She actually fit right in – blur or no blur.

    So voila! She had no more American norm with which to conform or with which to compare unfavorably, no more difficulty with institutions, social and other, no more awkward contrast whatsoever. Indeed, she was free to hate America and the culture that she found so disappointing (because she believed she could not meet it’s unreasonable expectations or whatever). Now hating America was rewarded. (Notice that she doesn’t have a problem – it’s the rest of us who are strange. This is very typical.)

    In addition to this, she could fantasy role play (think: magic carpet ride) in a culture she found exotic because it met the bare criterion of being different. Similarly she could appear to be “exotic” to the savages that simply wanted to grope a real “American” girl or a Westerner. She thrived on the attention and elicited some of the best behavior from these savages who vied to impress her, in part, by disguising their true beliefs and orientation toward women. (They always bait and switch. It’s just a matter of time. And the bait is essential for these knuckle draggers because you can’t start by letting the dumb broad know you’re going to beat her and turn her into your slave, etc.)

    Feeling so special led her to praise the false Islam an American chick encounters when Muslim/Euro-trash types in a dance club are trying to bed her. And like so many converts, she tried to out-Muslim the Muslims, her only real “friends”, by binging on their culture, even learning Arabic, more or less. (I can’t count the number of times I heard her correcting born-and-bred Muslims about the Koran, etc. How chic.)

    Now she was relevant. She was somebody! And curse anyone who denigrated her new faith. All the stereotypes were wrong! Apart from her Islamic sensory deprivation clique she was a cultural expert – with ten ready arguments for every dhimmi she saw.

    Ah, but she soon learned her lesson. After her children were born her stupid Palestinian husband, who rarely worked and who drifted about, leaving them to fend for themselves, taught the boys to treat her like a piece of shit and treated their only daughter like a piece of shit, too. When he absconded with the boys to Jordan, he left my stupid sister behind. Then, when she finally tracked him down, he took all their passports and refused to let them leave the country. She was a prisoner/slave at her mother-in-law’s house – where the government turns the water on twice a week – and where she was watched round the clock by the family.

    She had to have my ballsy mother come rescue her and whisk them all into the U.S. embassy in Amman. (Does any of this sound familiar?)

    I hate Islam, but the worst scum of all, as far as I’m concerned are the selfish traitors who defect (they don’t convert) and sell out their culture just to get even along the lines of a grudge or to get attention from foreigners or feel “special” or whatever. Islam’s quickest, easiest “converts” are the mentally unstable – surprise!

    And now my sister, I’ve been told, is an atheist again. THANK GOD! It’s progress enough for me.

    As an employer I had a dress code. However before hiring they were told what the codes was. No is and and maybe’s Never had a problem. I hired every religious, races, handicapped, males female. Rules were simple your represent me thus you dress according to what I want the public to see. Employers fault for not being defining exactly what was required. BNI has it right is a mohommedist is asking for a job, hire at your own risk.

    $50,000 is a small price to pay for many companies who a multimillion or billion dollar business. Chump change! But the aggravation when you hire a potential terrorist…ah, that’s the catch!

    If the company CEOs are smart, they will formulate a plan, to make sure that hijabs, jilbabs, abayas, Khimars, burqas, niqabs, will never get hired, and find a way to justify it without it being considered discrimination. Companies do it all the time. They still have a right to hire and fire whomever they choose.

    Or, if they are stupid, they can cave in, and hire these and increase the likelihood that places they are hired to protect will be the next terror target.

First of all, headbags are a personal safety hazzard (not to mention public safety, wink wink), they look unprofessional, and they creep people out. On top of all this, the constant barrage of lawsuits against companies have an adverse effect upon the economy, which by the way is not exactly robust. Now another company settles with CAIR and chooses the path of dhimmitude. How pathetic.

    KEITH: I have an ex-daughter in law that married a Saudi. She got pregnant in Montreal,went with him to saudi arabia and couldn’t leave without her kid. She’s stuck there. He beats her, isolates her, he does what they all do to women. She can leave but without her kids. Her name is Nathalie Morin (google).

    By now, he probably has a second younger wife which would be a good thing for her. At least, she doesn’t have to sleep with the monster.

    That is a sad tragic story. It is good that she escaped to become atheist. My family had a similar problem when my eldest step-son married a Muslim girl- she proved to be a nasty individual, it took seven years- but my son finally woke up and divorced her. I think many familes shall from now on be threatened by similar problems; which is why we all have to work so hard at spreading the word against Islam amongst friends and family in our own backyard.

    I don’t get it, why do they keep winning these suits? It is common knowledge that covering the head is a choice not a requirement of islam. Why can’t a lawyer win on those grounds alone?

    That said, any company that hires muslims deserves all the trouble they are going to get, because that’s what always happens in the long run, trouble. If the unreasonable demands don’t get you the lawsuits will. Islam is a pox upon the world.

  20. Do not hire them! Second, the litigation should have challenged the essence of Islam as a protected class under our First Amendment. All religions are not protected. For example, religions that practice human sacrifice are illegal. Likewise, religions like Islam that practice discrimination against women, and people of different faiths are illegal. Then when one considers that the Koran and Hadith require apostates to be put to death, and that adulterers be stoned, and that thieves be punished by having their offending limb removed, it becomes obvious that Islam falls in the prohibited religions class. Therefore, when properly litigated, this religion will lack standing in the future to bring any claim of violations based on religion.

    I can not believe that municipalities, individuals, and businesses do not understand the legal route to end the influence of Islam in this country using our existing laws. It is very troubling that Civil Ricco Statutes are not used to bring MSA, CAIR, ISA, to their knees by financially breaking their backs for being an organized conspiracy to defeat our Country. Its time We, The People, fight back. Let every American Citizen go to the steps of the various Mosques and preach the Gospel of Jesus. The resulting conflagration may just motivate government officials to act to defend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. America is, and will never be, compatible with Sharia Islam.

    KEITH: Thank you for sharing your family’s experience. I have a niece who several years ago briefly dated a young Pakistani man who’s father owns a used furniture store. I thank God she broke it off and is happily married to a local non-muslim now. This Paki-puke dressed traditional, long “pajama shirt,” vest, white skullcap, and long beard. His father btw, just wore dress shirt, slacks, and suit jacket sans tie. Often the youth are more extreme than their parents, but I still trust none of them, period.

    Do not hire muslims. Boycott all businesses that are operated by muslims. That includes cabs, restaurants, and so on. Cash talks and the message will be loud and clear that we are not going to support islam with our wallets. There is nothing in the koran that says women must wear a bag. So let us stop with the religious rights to allow muslims not to wear regular required uniforms. Never vote for a muslim candidate. We still have the majority, for now.

    @Keith:What a story!I live in Israel and there is a disease labeled as Jerusalem Syndrome in which people come to Israel(I’ve never heard of a native coming down with it,but anything is possible)and suddenly become ultra religious,to the point of psychosis!They dress in Biblical robes and call themselves either a prophet or the Messiah and walk the streets,preaching and talking to themselves.

    I have seen a couple who rode on a donkey in the streets of Jerusalem who called themselves Joseph and Mary! There used to be a Christian lady at the Western Wall who sang like a bird all day and all night!and on and on.So I’ve seen how some mentally unstable people gravitate to religion or even to different cultures looking for acceptance.

    I have certainly seen converts be more religious than those born and raised in a faith,and have always tried to remind those that I’ve seen going that way that Judaism teaches the middle path.Of course everyone must choose what is best for themselves,but it’s a very sad thing to see that some people would take advantage of another’s instability to gain a convert.

    In Israel we have silly Jewish girls and women who are lonely and may be outcasts for whatever reason(most of them are Russian immigrants)who end up going with Muslims who are using the “bait and switch”as you so aptly call it.Many end up married to these Muslims and end up in Arab villages,where they sometimes have to be rescued.

    • ronyvo, no employer will say the reason they aren’t hiring them is because they are muslims. There are dozens of reasons why you don’t hire someone and you don’t have to tell anyone why. With all the real Americans who are out of work today,
      you have your pick of whom to hire.
