BARE NAKED ISLAM WEBSITE PROBLEMS

Even though visitor traffic is about half of what it was before, the server seems unable to handle it so the bandwidth will have to be increased. Also, we are still using the temporary URL http://www.barenakedislam.com which should have been changed to http://www.barenakedislam.com a few days ago. Sometimes the links work, sometimes they don’t.
Please let me know if you are having problems logging on.
As my webmaster is in Israel, and it is now the Sabbath, these problems will remain until at least Sunday.

Yep, I have noticed things ARE moving a bit slow and sluggish, damn frustrating, but hardly worth banging my head over as illustrated in the very funny cartoon. You might also notice I changed my user name since being on WordPress.

Ive noticed that too! Every time I open a new page, I glance at the counter -don’t ask me why, I just do- and the number’s increased, No wonder the bandwidth goes haywire:-)

Ramses, yes that is a big problem. It takes me a long time to create a new post too. I think that will be corrected when they increase bandwidth.
Great to see you haven’t lost your sense of humor. Your EndOfTimes web site is still accessable but the BareNakedIslam.com still says SERVER NOT FOUND. Can’t wait for everything to be up and running.
Nelson, it was supposed to have changed automatically a few days ago.
BNI…The site is loading much slower but I thought it could be me too. A few glitches, please don’t stress, this is the small stuff! When Obama shuts us ALL down, then we can start worrying!

The only thing that happened to me earlier today when I stopped by is that the page was a wee bit slow to load, and it seems to be be working fine now.

BLR, I’m so grateful you had your Mom for so long. My Mom was 84. I gave her a Mother’s Day gift diary to fill out (364 pages) 15 years ago. She did, and I cherish it.
She also gave me a music box with the theme “Memories” from Cats. We both love and loved musicals.
I will miss our phone conversations.

supposed to load as it with posts up to January 7, or should it also redirect here? People looking for you might get confused if they find and load that other one
Alain, no, that’s the problem. My webmaster didn’t realize I owned the barenakedislam.com name so he went ahead and got the one you listed above. Because I didn’t want to use that and further confuse people, I opted to go with this endtimes.com temporarily. It should have been done in 24 hours but it wasn’t and there were some communications problems with the news host. Hoping it will be up soon.
