PAKISTAN: Brother chops off sister’s legs for ‘honor.’ Sister dies. No charges filed.

Allah Bachaya has surrendered himself to Rohilanwali police after killing his sister in the name of ‘honor’ but he is confident that he will be released in a matter of days. Bachaya axed off both his sister’s legs for her alleged loose morals.
Express Tribune (H/T Susan K) He told The Express Tribune that he was certain his brother-in-law would withdraw the case as it was a matter of family’s honour. “I have killed her because she brought disgrace to the family’s name,” Bachaya said.
“She had become a nuisance. I feel no remorse over my actions. I am backed by the family. They were in favour of my decision to kill her,” he said.
Bachaya said Alina* had eloped more than once with [different] men from the neighbourhood. On Saturday, he said, she had returned home after spending three days with a man.
Alina*, 25, was married to Muhammad Akhtar. The couple had three children. Akhtar, who is the complainant in the FIR against Bachaya, told The Tribune that while he had filed a complaint in the matter he might withdraw it in a few days.
“I believe he (Bachaya) has not done wrong. Nothing is above honour,” he said. “I would have also taken similar action had my sister left her husband and eloped with someone else,” he said, “I fi
led the report so that the police are informed of the matter. I don’t plan on prosecuting him (Bachaya),” he said. He said he would soon inform the police in writing that he had pardoned the suspect.”
When she returned home on Saturday, I sat down with her and tried to make her realise the consequences of her actions but she kept straying from the topic,” he said.
Later, he said, Bachaya came over to his house on finding out that Alina* had returned. Following an argument, he said, Bachaya attacked Alina* with an axe, chopping both her legs. She died while she was being taken to hospital.
Rohilanwali SHO Waseem Leghari said the police had registered a case on the complaint of the deceased’s husband.
He said an autopsy had already been carried out and the body handed over to the family. He said the police would proceed in the matter in accordance with the law.

She was arrested and served 2 years in jail at the age of 74. Now seniors are on food stamps but are being cut. Because cost of living they got a 3 % rise.
That will go to pay on their rent increase. Now because of of rise in oil prices food prices will go sky high.
Funny part is rents in my area is around 4 to 5 hundred a month with no heat or electricity and 2 bedrooms .
But like Donald trump’s father companies are renting those apartments to HUD for the elderly at 1,750.00 a month. This is getting rich at taxpayers expense.
Before they spent money building pubic housing for elderly at less money but you also would need to be a citizen to live there now Illegal aliens like Obama’s aunt and uncle do.
But in the past government use to give surplus food that business that manufactured food had pay their taxes with. That food now go’s to the middle east and Africa.
Maybe if the government want to do something they need to teach them how to grow their own food instead of hand-outs. That would help the debt were we give them money every year to make them dependent on us.

But when they cut the surplus to elderly under the Clinton administration seniors got 10 dollars a month on food stamps and they would have to reply every 3 months to get it.

But he raised seniors to 200 a mouth in food stamps and gave them $250 in stimulus money. And he did act like a commander-in chief.
Well now Obama is taking away from seniors to give to Arabs coming here as well as illegal aliens. As for being commander-in-chief he fired our troops.
As for Newt he is being torn apart for a statement he wants us back in space. He knows about the fuel that was found on the moon. And he knows if we stay in space their will be jobs.

It seems the leaders of the free world, (haha free?)and I include my country Australia whose currency is stronger than the US greenback for the last 6 months because of our vast mineral wealth which we, the people do not get a chance to share in. And we cant provide as much to our citizens today as we could fifty years ago. It seems that the so called FREE WORLD is now no better off than the THIRD WORLD. Due to greedy banking and its by products, the manipulation of the housing market by those same masters of money and inept political leaders, who cant hear the cries for help from their citizens.
I think Aristotle said that “when the cry for help of one single citizen, goes unheard, then the polis is too big”.
This is what has happened to us. We are top heavy with the rich, and they are getting richer. Farmers toil for nothing. Our jobs are eroded. Our soldiers die for a mongrel cause and the leaders say, “There is no problem with Muslims”. Well why the fuck are our boys fighting them and dying.
I have worked in China for the last few years and, as a teacher there, I have seen poverty, I have seen young female students prostitute themselves on week ends for the money to pay for their university fees. These are brilliant young women, selling themselves for what we get for free in my country. A basic education. Worst of all were some Australian men, not teachers at all, but pedophiles and sex crazed bastards, using these young women for sex with a promise of a passing mark. Other nationalities too. Some of the students families are farmers, they sell their little piece of land back to the government or the new rich in China, to send the kids to school, and they earn about 500 dollars a year. When they have good seasons.
Holy cow, and this is China, the economic success story of the world. But not for the young people of that country. And I might add to that, generally speaking, these young people are polite, don’t use filthy language and they appreciate every little thing they get or for what we can do for them. They hunger for knowledge and they study so hard.
And so back to our third world. What you are saying James, is not surprising but it is very disturbing. We may even see a day when our beloved troops may be ordered out against us, the people and our families who built our countries, our men too defended our countries, and you say the plight of the elderly is so rotten for them, and it is here in Australia as well.
What have we worked for James, can you tell me this my friend? We are in the too hard basket, or we don’t even rate a tinker’s curse from our leaders. We are too old to get out on the streets again. Yes in Australia they use to pay people to move there. They helped them to get on their feet. I feel education should be subsidized by the government
In the end tax payers benefit with them paying higher taxes . But I recently was hospitalize and learned a great lesson . Nurses who graduated 10 years ago are still paying the student loads.
That needs to stop this alone is the reason their is a shortage of nurses. And when hospitals are short on cash which is a lie.
If they are short on money why do millions of dollars go to projects . But nurses have to take cut in pay for them to expand.
This week my mother almost died because they didn’t treat her the right way. The primary care doctor is upset about Malpractice law suit.
If he is worried about it he know what he did was wrong. So in January she fell and got a subdural hematoma and Cecilius .
They claim she had 3 cases of Cecilius in one month but I believe it was same one all month they never stopped it.
As for the hematoma at the beginning of the month it should of been drained . Because blood sitting is dead blood and if you wait too long it gets poisonous and you can lose a leg or your life.
But at the beginning of the month a lung doctor, A heart doctor, and a psychiatric doctor was called in what would they have to do with a leg.
Plus her primary who don’t go to the hospital sent them. Reason the primary doctor was trying to set up a case against Malpractice by using medicare to pay for it plus he violated her rights as well, a lawyer should of been asked and they know she has one.
Now she is in the hospital having it cut out. And when she got out of rehab (that primary works there) he put her on 7 1/2 and 7 other days of warfarin but he never gave a 2 mg pill to make the 7.
So I took her to have a blood test for the level of her blood it was 8.1 up from 2.7 .
When his nurse informed him he said he didn’t want to get involved. Was told to gave her kale soup and hope it goes down.
Next morning blood was running out of her feet. So I sent her to a hospital and for a 50 cent k pill medicare payed 1500.00 dollars.
She was put on the the warfarin 6 years ago after a hip operation for 2 weeks. They kept her on 6 years but warfarin is rat poison and you should only be on it for 6 months.
So at the beginning of the month she was taken off of it now she is on it again. This is a reason for Medicaid to go broke.
At 85 they shouldn’t be paying games with her. But he does like to over charge medicaid so their frauds unit is after him.
As you say banks are making money . They took the money from Obama then took the houses away from the people. I felt the loans should of been payed for the people.
That would mean the government would be re payed. But the bank big wigs took a cut of that money in pay rises. If the houses were paid people would have money to spend economy would be turned around.

Last night on C.N.N some young announcer who got the job only after Obama got in was putting Newt Gingrich down. They had a grand old time at it.
They said Newt was saying Mitt lied but he didn’t want to explain all the lies .They claim Newt imploded at the debate and will be gone soon.
This was done because as they say Newt will be gone in 2 week and mitt will take offer as the Republican candidate .
Liberals want this because they are afraid if Newt gets in Obama will lose. But am willing to bet the State of Massachusetts don’t go for Mitt. Like they didn’t vote for Obama in the primary either. Plus Mitt ran for Kennedy’s seat and other federal office but lost.
