Florida Family Association sent out an email alert on February 13, 2012 titled “Pro-Sharia Islamic forces are rallying against Kansas legislation which would prohibit courts from considering Sharia law.”
The alert reported that the Kansas House of Representatives voted 122 to 2 in favor of passing HB 2087 titled “Concerning the protection of rights granted under the constitution” on March 30, 2011 but the bill has been stuck in the Senate Judiciary Committee ever since. Support for HB 2087 from the following four Kansas senators is needed to move this bill through the Judiciary Committee:

The Kansas House of Representatives voted 122 to 2 in favor of passing HB 2087 titled “Concerning the protection of rights granted under the constitution” on March 30, 2011. This legislation would prohibit Kansas courts from recognizing “foreign laws” which would include Islamic Sharia law. Click here to read more about HB 2087 at the State of Kansas website.
Unfortunately HB 2087 has sat in the Kansas Senate Judiciary Committee for almost a year after passing the house 122 to 2. HB 2087 has been carried over into the 2012 session.
Kansas Senator Julia Lynn gave the following report on her website regarding HB 2087 on February 4, 2012. “Sharia Law addressed in Committee. Senate Judiciary had two days of hearings on HB 2087 concerning protection of rights under the US Constitution. The bill protects the constitutional rights of Kansas citizens from incursion of foreign laws and foreign legal doctrines. The hearings included disturbing testimony from federal agents and Kansas attorneys who work with our courts and effected citizens who seek protection from the practice of Sharia Law being administered in our courts. However, no vote was taken on February 3rd or 4th in the Senate Judiciary Committee on HB 2087.

For all of you who are planning to bar-b-que this spring/summer, please note that the top billboard pictured provides the number to call to get free kindling (koran) to start the fire in your pit.
Also handy if you have an outhouse and no access to a sears and roebuck catalog.
Even if you do not want it, and have no use for it, please take one of their korans, each one they give out serves multiple practical purposes:
1. money spent printing and shipping koran does not buy explosives to kill us.
2. a koran is like a loaded gun; better to be in the hands of someone who knows how to use it than to be in the hands of a muslim or liberal who might believe it.
3. they can not claim that you have no idea what islam is about, or are using the “wrong koran” when you have one and it is one that they provided.
4. if you have extras, and scissors, origami is a wonderful pass-time (I have a lovely pattern for an origami pig).
Sort of the opposite of a boycott. In a boycott, we stop giving them our money; by taking their korans, they spend their money on us.

One must wonder how any court or legislature can consider as legitimate any part of a “legal system” that sanctions murder without trial – not in self defense – as part of its unalterable text? The ex-Muslim apostate and now believing Christian Kamal Saleem says that one of the most insidious ways jihad and sharia law are infiltrating the U. S. is through the courts.
He cites the recent Florida case in which a judge ordered Shariah law be used to settle a mosque leadership dispute.
“What they’re trying to do is present fake cases and this is done purposefully. We take an imam, then there are two of them. They were fighting against each other and the fight was over a mosque”. Both of them are demanding to be judged by Shariah, so now the Supreme Court is learning how Shariah works. So, in turn, they have instilled and indwellt Islamic laws with our laws, Saleem says. At that point, a judicial predicament has been established and other Muslims can officially ask for their cases to be decided by shariah law.
In a Pennsylvania case, a judge used shariah law to settle a dispute over a will. As a result, the two brothers were awarded twice as much of the inheritance as the two sisters.
Saleem says that the effort to install Shariah law into the United states should be treated like “any other act of terrorism because they are terrorizing this country.”
Saleem says what’s happening should be prayed against. “That’s what we need to speak and pray against because it is the essence of evil”, Saleem declared.
