On March 5th, the anti-Islamization group, Britain First, posted a photo to its 600,000 followers of a Muslim man holding up a sign that read: “Boycott bigotry and kill all non Muslims.”
Yorkshire Standard However, online groups were quick to find out that the image was taken from the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). It depicted executive director Dawud Walid, a humanitarian and human rights advocate whose reputation they have sullied for cheap financial gain.”
Walid said: “Britain First used a photoshopped picture of me at a rally, where I carried the sign “Boycott Bigotry.” I reported this defamation to authorities in the UK.
