So why are groups like designated terrorist group CAIR so upset that a North Carolina State Trooper posted a video explaining the reasons why Muslims themselves confirm they cannot be a good Muslim and a good American?
Citizen Times A trooper with the North Carolina Highway Patrol who lives in McDowell County on Monday appeared to agree with a Facebook video posted by his pastor, who claims “you cannot be a good Muslim and a good American.”
Trooper Joshua Dowdle, who works in Cleveland County, responded with “Amen” to the video post after Pastor Dennis Love of Glenwood Baptist Church urged viewers to either type that word or share the video online.
“Can a good Muslim be a good American? The answer to that question is a rock-solid, ‘No,’” Love said, adding that people of the Islamic faith are socially forbidden to make friends with Christians and Jews. “It’s sort of plain to me, plain as the nose on your face, man,” Love said. “You cannot be a good Muslim and a good American. Now, I’m sort of suspicious of all Muslims.
In the video, Love says faithful Muslims are precluded from being “good Americans” because their theological allegiance is to Allah, their geographic allegiance is to Mecca, and they intellectually cannot accept the U.S. Constitution, as it is based on biblical principles.
