Enter designated terrorist group CAIR to the rescue…filing a lawsuit in federal court for preventing the father, who lives in Belgium, from visiting his children here, because he has been placed on the “No-Fly” List, for reasons the government will not, and has no obligation to, provide.
WXYZ 37-year-old Khaled El-Ali is a father of two children ages 14 and 11. He’s been visiting metro Detroit for years until recently. “His kids have been required to go see him in Belgium now. They are U.S. citizens and live in Michigan. (Why doesn’t he live in Michigan? Maybe his first wife is in Belgium) However, when they go see their father and come back they are interrogated for hours on end,” says CAIR Michigan Attorney Amy Doukoure. “It’s clear this list unconstitutionally targets Muslims.” (It is NOT unconstitutional to target groups with a history of attacking this country)
