‘The Swiss army has long been a militia trained and structured to rapidly respond against foreign aggression. Each such individual is required to keep his army-issued personal weapon (the 5.56x45mm Sig 550 rifle for enlisted personnel and/or the 9mm SIG-Sauer P220 semi-automatic pistol for officers, medical and postal personnel) at home. Up until October 2007, a specified personal retention quantity of government-issued personal ammunition (50 rounds 5.56 mm / 48 rounds 9mm) was issued as well, which was sealed and inspected regularly to ensure that no unauthorized use had taken place.[4] The ammunition was intended for use while traveling to the army barracks in case of invasion.’

Incidentally gun crime is virtually absent in Switzerland.

I couldn’t disagree more. I am an atheist and feel very accountable for my actions as I try to live a moral life. I don’t need the concept of God to know what is right or wrong – but I do understand that this might help others.

I also don’t believe that a belief in evolution is mutually exclusive to a belief in God. The Catholic church certainly doesn’t have an issue with this.

The evidence behind Evolution is too compelling to dismiss, but I am sure BNI doesn’t want this thread to turn into a debate about evolution so I am happy to agree to disagree.

both darwinism and communism are G-dless ideologies, in which humans are just animals that can speak.

darwin NEVER proved his theory correct, nor has any one since proven his theory correct. despite this, evolution has been taught as fact for decades in our schools.

communist theory also has NEVER been proven to be a viable political system. all nations that adopt it fail, and are bailed out by sympathizers that infiltrate our govt., who gain control of our money to prop up their utopias.

despite no proof that their theories are correct, that they experience failure after failure trying to put their ideologies into action, the darwinists and commies are always hopeful that the next “scientific” discovery or communist regime will be the “one”. someday, the missing link proving that one species turned into another will be discovered. someday, the workers of the world will unite under the perfect totalitarian govt.

evolutionists and communists don’t want G-d to exist, because then there is no ultimate accountability for our actions.
