NEVER HIRE A MUSLIM Reason #121: Chicago car dealership ordered to pay Muslim employees $100,000 because of alleged name-calling
Tinley Park car dealership Rizza Buick GMC Cadillac, Inc. must pay $100,000 to resolve a religious discrimination lawsuit, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced.
Chicago Tribune The lawsuit, filed in September, alleged that Rizza Cadillac violated the Civil Rights Act “by subjecting three Arab Muslim employees to a hostile work environment based upon their national origin and religion,” the EEOC said.
Chicago Tribune “What we found was that Rizza’s managers allegedly used offensive slurs, such as ‘terrorist,’ … and ‘Hezbollah,’ and made mocking and insulting references to the Qur’an and the manner in which Muslims pray,” John Rowe, who supervised the EEOC’s pre-suit administrative investigation, said in a statement.
John Hendrickson, an attorney with the EEOC, added in the press release that “such hostile conduct is both the worst type of negative stereotyping on the basis of national origin and religion and exactly what Title VII (of the Civil Rights Act) was designed to remedy.”The federal consent decree approved by a federal judge notes that “no party admits the claims or defenses of any other party.”
In its own press release, the Chicago office of terror-linked CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relation)s said the three employees “experienced extreme harassment.” CAIR’s Chicago Litigation Jihad Director, Kevin Vodak, said the Muslim Brotherhood front group is pleased by the resolution.
Imagine if there is such EEOC agency in Egypt, the whole firms and organizations would be paying tons and millions of egyptian pounds to christian minority …
But of course EEOC will never be established in arab countries, since shariaa crap monopolies it .
These Muslim employees complain they suffered “the worst kind of discrimination” – I though the worst kind of discrimination would be something like summary execution, starvation, cleansing, not full employment with benefits. Geez Us Christ!
They hired THREE muslims. Religious accommodations and prayers are to be expected. Enough said. They’ll know better next time. May they spread the word around other dealerships.
Is there any possibility these ‘legal eagles’ who make these grandiose awards to muslims might some day realize that WE are offended far more often by these whining sub-humans who break our laws seemingly with impunity (and help from cair and OUR legal system) and demand respect from us for their childish, brutal, barbaric, so called “religion”.
The legal system in most western countries, and judges in particular, like to think of themselves as smart; in fact, many of their pathetic decisions show they are in fact not living in the real world, and where a knowledge of islam is concerned, they are decades behind the common man, and still regard islam as just a quaint, peaceful religion whose adherents and mores are being trampled by insensitive westerners.
The gay mafia Obama does not give Marxist Anthrax Mohammedans welfare checks large enough yet to buy luxury cars yet. The Holder D.O.J. may harass the dealership despite settlement. Deport all Mohammedans!
