Politico A senior Democratic aide said Rep. André Carson of Indiana would be named in the “coming days” to the key national security-focused panel. The California Democrat told lawmakers of the appointment during the members’ weekly caucus meeting.
Carson would be the first Muslim to serve on the committee and was the second Muslim to be elected to Congress. He already serves on the House Armed Services Committee and worked for the Department of Homeland Security’s Fusion Center — the clearinghouse established by the federal government to streamline data sharing between the CIA, the FBI, the Department of Justice and the military.
The intelligence committee will most likely tackle a series of high-profile international crises during the 114th Congress, including the threat of Islamic militants and Ukraine. Carson’s office didn’t immediately return a request for comment.
The announcement comes in the wake of a terrorist attack in Paris by Islamic extremists that left 12 people dead. World leaders gathered on Sunday for a 1 million person “solidarity” protest against the violence that targeted French Jews and journalists.

As I grow older there is less and less in this life that surprises me. Many of the questions I had as a child have been answered. I have come to understand, not completely, the human condition. Of the many facets of the human condition I now know the many faces of treason, sedition and treachery. I now know the currency of cowards and collaborators.
I watch hundreds of videos like the videos above. I watch the bullets stir the cranial contents of the terrified and the innocent. I watch as fevered lips whisper words of a desperate last moment prayer to the God they are soon to meet. I watch as the throats are cut and the arterial spray glistens in the sunlight. I watch the terrified eyes glaze over, the head comes away from the body of the innocent victim. I watch as tears of shame and anguish run rivers down bruised cheeks, as nervous fingers fumble with handkerchiefs whilst those moments of agony, flooding back, tormenting, torrential, are relived once again, once again as the raped and the savaged tell their horrific stories of utter degradation, humiliation and loss. I listen to the cries of orphans and widows as they beg us, beseech us not to turn away, not to abandon them, and I am moved. As my eyes fill with their anguish and my ears with their cries I can almost smell the blood, I nearly wretch and choke at the stench of the rotting flesh; I am with them. Yet I am impotent in the face of their need, in the face of their loss; my hypocrisy, my betrayal, my cowardice know no bounds. You see, the IS, the Islamic State is nothing new. The IS is in fact simply acting in accordance with the commandments of the Koran and the supporting Islamic jurisprudential text, the Sira and the Hadith.
The IS is simply providing us with a modern day manifestation of the 7th century when the mass murdering, child molesting, warmongering lunatic named Muhammad started claiming he was getting special messages from God, when he started spreading his charming brand of poisonous lunacy, spewing it into any ear that would listen and cutting the heads off of those who knew him for the impotent, cowardly psychopath he was.
In the end, the IS, the Muslim, can no more be blamed for their acts of murder and madness than one can beat a pig for rolling in mud or a dog for howling at the moon; its in their nature to maim, to murder, to rape, to loot, to kill and to conquer, its in their nature, its who they are, its what defines them and its what they are commanded to do by the Koran.
But the crime, the greatest crimes of all are the crimes of endorsement, the crimes of avocation, the crimes of mitigation, the crimes of wilful blindness, the crimes of ignorance, all of these crimes, the crimes of the Leftist/Liberal, the crimes of the sentimental dog-catchers, these are the crimes that wound the deepest, they are the most grievous of crimes.
From our Leftist/Liberals in the media, in our House of Commons, in our courts, in our bureaucracy, in our intelligence infrastructure, in our law enforcement agencies, in the Legal Industry, in our schools, all of these, treasonous and seditious handmaidens each and every one to the Muslim as it seeks, with a murderous Grand Jihad, to destroy “the miserable house of the West from within and by its own hand”.
I wrote a small rambling essay called “Of Muslims, Dog-Catchers, Patriots and Vigilantes”. Below is a quote from that little ramble that deals with the treasonous, sentimental dog-catching litigators, that provide such passionate defence and avocation of murderers and terrorists and seek to loose among the innocent, the human equivalent of rabid dogs; the Muslim and its Islam.
As an example consider the following:
“In a small town the local dog-catcher has rounded up a half a dozen mutts. Dogs with distemper, rabies and dispositions that have resulted in several attacks on local denizens. Sitting in his chair one evening he ponders the fate of the dogs; warm and fuzzy little creatures with begging eyes and whimpering that tugs at his heart strings. Overwhelmed with sentimentality, he swings open the doors to the cages whereupon the dogs immediately run amok in the town, badly mauling several children and killing several senior citizens.
What do you think would happen to the dog-catcher after the townsfolk had regained their senses? I can absolutely guarantee you that, if he survived the enthusiastic beatings he would get from the townsfolk, he would suffer a withering course of criminal indictment, incarceration upon conviction and a blizzard of civil actions that would leave him penniless.
So then, consider the actions of dog-catchers like Romeo Dallaire, John Norris, Dennis Edney, Brydie Bethell and Nathan Whitling, as their vigorous defence of an unrepentant terrorist, Omar Khadr, has now returned him to Canada and will, possibly within months, see his 40 year sentence for murder and terrorism eviscerated and him walking the streets of Toronto on paths of rose petals strewn by thousands of his admirers, strewn by thousands of “good Muslims”.
The horror of the hypothetical-
In the days that follow the “liberation celebrations”, little Omar Khadr’s disciples, ever the busy little bees, are working overtime to bring to the attention of the filthy infidels, the error of their ways. Christ and Christmas reviled by Khadr’s Kid’s, they select an appropriate time of the year. The bomb detonates at Toronto’s Royal Winter Fair, the explosion turns the surrounding area into a maelstrom of razor sharp glass and shrapnel, shredding flesh to bone. Those close to the center of the blast evaporate, others turn to jelly. Blood runs rivers and the screams of the dying, piercing the air, shred the sanity of the survivors. The will of Allah and Muhammad is done and Omar Khadr, flanked by his poisonous mother and siblings, turns to Mecca, kneels and gives thanks to his God.
The city is terrified, the country is terrified, and the long black line of cars bears the victims to their final reward. Another page in the book of Western understanding of Islam now written.
Now comes the ability to hold those responsible for the loosing of hyenas’ amongst the sheep to account. Unfortunately, the penalties levied against the dog-catcher are not available as mechanisms of redress and accountability in dealing with those whose litigious contortions set loose madmen.
The Mainstream Media grinds into action its game of “Distract and Dissuade”.
Politicians will rise in legislatures and Parliament and, with hand on heart, gripping the latest poll numbers, whilst dabbing crocodile tears, give fiery speeches and eulogies….merely self serving exercises in hypocrisy.
In the darkness of living rooms, men sit and, fingering the photographs of dead wives and children, look, through the fish-eyed lens of tear stained eyes, at those faces they will never see again. They hear the echoes of the voices of those they will never speak to again. And, awash in grief and comfortless agony, they know who is responsible for their loss and the darkness that surrounds them.
In the light of this, I ask you this question; for right or wrong and knowing it is a criminal act, would not the men, now widowed and having buried their loved ones, abandoned by the politicians elected to protect them, abandoned by the duplicitous and deceitful media, abandoned by the courts, abandoned by spineless agencies of law enforcement, abandoned by the avenues of redress held out to them as their only alternative, would not they be justified in hunting down the self righteous dog catchers and killing them?
Right or wrong, the actions of the men would be condemned as criminal but understood as infinitely and righteously just by millions of Canadians.

Let us remember the faces of Peter Jennings, of Peter Mansbridge, of Wendy Mesley, of Kevin Newman, of Christiane Amanpour, of Hubert Lacroix, of Dawna Friesen and the blood spattered faces of all the other Leftist/Liberal media talking heads who have for decades, holding the licence of credibility and the privilege of celebrity, from the bully-pulpit of mass media, lied, whitewashed, obfuscated, excused, mitigated, propagandized, ignored and in many cases, whole heartedly endorsed, the murderous actions of the Muslim and the poison of the Koran.
Let us remember them, each and every one and all of their crimes with clarity and particularity.

As yet there is no cure.
Many persons are unaware they even carry the virus.

There are many here who love you and that husband of yours who so faithfully supports your work. Truth be told, the enemy has already lost!
I want you to consider the “Still small voice!” “And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying , This is the way, walk ye in it , when ye turn to the right hand , and when ye turn to the left .”
Many of us here understand that you have purposed the walk you are on not because you hate, but because you love people ! It is a commandment by the way, “Ye shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
What I wish to impress on as many possible here, is found in the story of the Jericho Road and the man who fell among thieves. What is often overlooked in the telling of the story is the answer given to a question.
The original question was, “AND WHO IS MY NEIGHBOR?”
The surprising answer to the question FRAMED THE MAN WHO HAD MERCY, and not the one lying wounded on the road, naked.
“Which now of these three, thinkest thou, WAS NEIGHBOUR unto him that fell among the thieves? And he said , HE THAT SHEWED MERCY ON HIM.
Then said Jesus unto him, Go , and do thou likewise.”
My reading of this story takes a turn from what is often thought to be the message of it, caring for those that are sick, binding up of wounds, giving care for those unable to care for themselves and so on. All these things we should do, but the neighbor identified in this case again is not the wounded man, but the one who had mercy! We are to love the one who had mercy! That is the answer to the question! That is the only reason that I can see why Jesus said, “And the second is like unto it…meaning to be as significant as the first, not being something other than the first, but as a result of it.
A result of our understanding of this very important story, and I believe it actually happened, is that not only do we love the merciful, but we behave as the merciful because of that love the merciful possesses.
It is one reason I believe you do what you do, Bonnie. You love!
It is a world in disarray, Bon’, and confronting persons who would injure us or kill us is not accomplished without difficulty. We all agree to that.
But intuitively, you know as many here do, we are to love and not murder, we are to “do no murder!”
It is why you also hate the evil !
A time is coming when it shall be not be allowed for a page like this to exist. A time is coming when neither yourself or persons such as I may be published and in fact very well may suffer for the things we say.
I agree, it appears the enemy is winning, however, I wish to encourage you, take solace in the following:

Agreed, Bonni. Should the time come when your site is shut down, and no doubt it will be, I’ll be gone, too. But not my rampage against evil. THAT will continue until I’m no longer able to draw breath.
I do not believe we shall have that opportunity, Bon’. I believe we shall either be in prison or dead. I am encouraging my children and grandchildren to leave before it becomes intolerable here. At least to go to less inhospitable surroundings. I really don’t believe you can truly get away.
However, if I get on one bus to find it full of threatening and intimidating persons (it has happened with elderly people frightened out of their wits, gaze locked straight ahead and gray faced with fear) I get off that one and wait for another.
I challenged four youngsters on one occasion for their behavior, two boys and two girls, and for 7 miles I was subject to vile abuse. A young mother with a baby asked me upon reaching the bus station if I was not frightened?
She told me of the threats she heard them making and said she did not know when the gun or the knife was to come out or if I was to be beaten.
Sadly, this kind of thing is occurring more and more frequently.
Today if you defend yourself against these little thugs, often as not you wind up under scrutiny by the authorities.
Still, I am not exactly a sheep.
Don’t fret, Bonni. This has to happen. Civilization needs to be brought to the brink of collapse before any major uprising can occur.
Just look at the last 2 major wars, especially WWII. The Nazis dominated all of Europe and most of the Mediterranean. The Japanese occupied most of the Pacific as well.
It wasn’t until the rest of the world had had quite enough of their evil that they reacted, in concert, which led to their ultimate defeat.
We were brought to the brink then. We’ll certainly have to be brought to that same brink once again. Only this time, the weapons, and the subsequent bloodshed will be much greater, more frightening, and no land nor person will be spared the anguish.
This, as Reader so eloquently states, is the reaping of what we have sowed. Our abandonment of morality, justice and life for greed, power and lust has sealed our fate. The “fiddler” has come to “collect”.

When I was a youngster, we had chickens and ducks. It was always pleasant to see them around the farmyard and to see them run eagerly to be fed. When evening approached, they would go to their respective resting places and all would be quiet.
That is until the predators came!
Predators were never welcomed! When a ruckus began in the late night or early morning hours, it became quickly evident all was not right in the world. We would come alert and often as not restore quietness with the roar of a shotgun. The only other outcome would be shredded bodies and feathers everywhere were steps not taken to prevent the carnage. It was a ”Righteous duty,” to ensure the safety of our livestock.
We are not livestock and in fact are of much more worth than they, yet our government has abandoned its righteous obligations and necessary duties to provide for our safety. Indeed, we are subjected more and more to the abuses of a government given to capriciousness and fraud.
Our first duty should be to our own house first, yet not neglecting others!
However, every man is still responsible FOR HIS OWN HOUSE!
My stepfather made it understood, you do not pet the junkyard dog unless of course he is your dog and he knows you as master. Anything else would be foolishness. Not only are we hoping to pet a junkyard dog we do not know, it seems we are prepared to take him off his chain.
We are being treacherously given over to principles foreign to us and which shall only bring us to ruin. It is not that we might not turn this ship to avoid certain destruction upon the rocks, it is just that there is no one at the helm capable of doing so. We have sailed a ship of fools without a captain. That is not to say we have not a captain, we just abandoned him for the most part, and now must suffer the consequences. We have too few persons of character anymore to guarantee our success and certain destruction is now looming.
