One senior cleric – from the Council for Islamic Ideology – was concerned about whether the bodies of Muslims who were raised from the dead on judgement day would be affected if they were not whole. Apparently, more Muslims are willing to accept an ‘infidel’ organ than they are to donate one of their own.
In light of that and this following story, non-Muslim organ donators should specify that their organs are NOT to go to Muslims. A Hindu woman organ donor is abused and humiliated by the Muslim male recipient of her organ.
Inquisitr Lekha Namboothiri, a 31-year-old healthy Hindu female, donated one of her kidneys to 35 year old Shafi, a Muslim. In India, it is quite common for donors to be offered handsome monetary reimbursements in lieu of their donations. But Lekha staunchly refused any such offers that exceeded Rs. 15 Lakhs ($25,000) and offered her healthy kidney.
Incidentally, Lekha didn’t consider for an instant the fact that she was donating a kidney to a Muslim. Unfortunately for her, the recipient considers it a very big issue. Poor Lekha mustn’t have had the slightest inclination that that one day even organs would have the tag of religion attached.
Lekha, a native of Mavelikkara, Kerala rejected offers mounting up to Rs. 15 lakhs, overlooked her own poverty stricken background and went head in donating one of her kidneys to Shafi Navaz, a Muslim hailing from Pattambi, Kerala. Shafi was on deathbed and claimed to be from a poor family himself.
Having received the kidney from an ‘unknown’ organ donor, Shafi recovered completely. However, in India, it isn’t difficult to procure the information about who was the organ donor. Upon realizing that Lekha, a Hindu, had donated the kidney that saved his life, Shafi, instead of thanking her for the gift, now heaps showers of abuses on his benefactor, reported Haindava Keralam.

BNI, I read the article this time, and although I’m working on that first cup of coffee this morning and not quite awake, I could not find any reference to the issue of Muslims not accepting non-Muslim organs.
As much as I would be happy for such a thing — as I expressed earlier — unless I missed it, this is more an issue of whether transplants are allowed at all in Islam, and there seem to be varying opinions.
This is not unlike the discussion/controversy amongst rabbis along the Orthodox spectrum centered around the same issue. Many Orthodox rabbis came out and published ads that they had become organ donors, that this was an extremely important thing to do and pleaded with others to become so, too.
If there is some reference to Muslims not accepting non-Muslim organs, can you tell me in which paragraph it is?

A few years ago there was a documentary on TV ( think Panrama on BBC) it highlighted the fact that filthy MUSLIMS were happy to accept organs but we’re reluc to donate for religious reasons.
I used to carry a donor card & give blood but don’t now.
If it was possible to stipulate that no part of me went to a Muslim I would sign up again.

I just wonder if there is any truth to the rumor that swine kidneys are used in some cases ecause theyso closely reemble a human kidney.
I heard that are generally unlabeled and used if a patient is at death’s door from kidney failure.
There seem to be no particular side effects from these transplants except that some patients have been noted to make satisfied grunting noises when eating halal food.

I read about a Western woman tourist is a small village, who was just seeing the sites. Suddenly, an angry crowd of locals surrounded her, claiming that she had stolen a boy, and killed him for his organs. They chased her down, and slaughtered her in the street.

A Muslim could not accept a infidel organ even if they wanted to. Organ transplants can only be successful if done between two of the same species, therefore a Muslim’s body would immediately reject the organ of the infidel as the infidel is human and no Muslim is remotely close to being human. Guess they are shit out of luck and I for one am thrilled about it.
