As a Texan who grew up here and has lived again in TX since 2009, I have voted against Gov Rick Perry in every election as a Republican! It is nice that others outside the state have caught on! Thank you, BNI!
Based on my experience, Gov Rick Perry is very corrupt and I believe, would sell his mother to Islamic terrorists for the right price! It is a real shame that so many Texas Republicans in 2010 were extremely ignorant and gave only 40% of their votes to outstanding US Senator and long-time, Republican activist, Kay Bailey Hutchison!
Gov Rick Perry began his political career as a Democrat and was Al Gore’s TX State Campaign Manager before seeing the light and the opportunity to become Governor when then Gov George W Bush became US President in 2000! He is a relic from the Democratic Party’s trash can!
As TX Gov, Perry distinguished himself as being a promoter of stealing public highways from the public to turn them into toll roads run by investor corps in foreign countries! His bootlick toward Islamics was most ardent as he used state power to harass anti-Islamic groups such as Americans Against Hate which tried to have informational meetings against Islamic Jihadis organizing in TX in some TX cities! Under Perry, state supported private charter schools operated by foreign Islamics were allowed to be institutionalized with multiple locations throughout TX!
I appreciate BNI for sharing the good, fair and bad reviews of our Republican Presidential candidates! Gov Rick Perry will stay bought and truth or principles don’t matter as he is full of mouth, ignorance and greed based on my experience! Some of the Republicans running are scary but maybe some are just naive in need of real knowledge but Gov Rick Perry is far worse!
OSS, didn’t know all that about him. As far as the GOP candidates go, for the most part, I only report on their views/positions/statements/actions involving Islam/Muslims. Just one of many criteria people need to make decisions…albeit an important one in my opinion.

Fact is and I speak as a Texan who has lived here since 2008 who can vouch for this, Goob Rick Perry is an extremely corrupt and greedy guy who I believe would sell his own mother to Islamic terrorists for his own profit! It does not speak highly of the vast majority of Republican primary voters in the TX Republican Primary Election of 2010 that only 40% of them did the right thing and cast their votes for the former, outstanding Republican US Senator from TX and ardent Republican activist, Kay Bailey Hutchison against him! Fact is Goob Rick has become such a joke now that he has to run for President because many more Texas Republicans finally caught on to him so he couldn’t seek a federal, elected office from the State of TX! Goob Rick Perry started his political life as Sec of Agriculture because truth is he never worked in the private sector and was a militant Democratic Lt Governor who managed Al Gore’s Presidential Campaign in TX and became Gov when Gov George W Bush became President in 2000!
Goob Perry’s major accomplishment in TX was forcing toll roads on formerly free public highways and causing much dissension among Republicans! He was very adept at cronyism and corrupting public Boards and agencies, getting his flunkies running the Texas Dept of Transportation to do his bidding! Like Obama, he likes to go after his political opponents and use his influence to mess with them, I believe using illegal methods to do so! He is a relic from the Democratic Party’s trash can because he betrayed them in 2000 and I believe they were on to him!

I, myself was run out of local, Party office due to local Islamics involved in what I believe to be a state supported Islamic run charter school in my area with multiple locations with support from above in the state capital that I dared complain about!
There are many fine Republicans running for President and I appreciate BNI for shedding light on the good, the fair and the ugly! Goob Rick is the worst as he will stay bought and isn’t just ignorant like 2 others, one of whom thinks the Islamic Caliphate of the Ottoman Empire was one of the greatest Kingdoms as a woman? Wow! Even the Arabs didn’t like the Turks too much so what does that say about them, let alone the Greeks and the Eastern Europeans especially Orthodox Christians who had genocide used against them like the Armenians?
OSS, I thought I liked Perry until I started learning about his Muslim problem. Not many people know about it. I didn’t like his in-state tuition for illegals either. I don’t think you have to worry about Perry, he is way down in the polls.

Perry was also guilty of granting in-state college tuition rates to young invaders. His only “good” action that I remember was blowing away a coyote that was attacking his dog.
How can he ever think he will ever be a credible candidate for anything after his laughable oops moment in his last campaign. Rick should get out of politics and get a regular job, political correctness is dying and he was one of the worst PC politicians ever.

As a Texan, I voted for Rick Perry 3 times for Governor. The first time he ran he and his democratic opponent slung so much mud, it made me and a lot of Texans revulsed…personally, I voted for the Libertarian candidate that first time.
Since then, he has implied that he believed that if anyone believed in anything besides the doctrine of his church, they were going to hell. Perry lost my support years ago, but I continued to vote for him because the democratic candidate was arguably worse for the state. As a Jew, I guess it’s a good thing I don’t believe in hell.

Instead they mention a Chinese language school and draw a completely false equivalence between the two in order to help obscure the real issue: the Arabic school is being funded by Qatar.
No attempt to interview the protesters at all, only a comment from a CAIR-Hamas agent who has publicly stated that sharia law should be the law of the land (which implies that he supports the overthrow of the U.S. government).
