A Danish man was fined for ‘racism’ following his comment on Facebook which correctly compared Islam with Nazism.

Thursday morning these words cost Flemming Nielsen 1,600 kroner. He was sentenced to four day-fines of 400 kroner for violating the Penal Code §266b paragraph 1, also called the racism paragraph. This is from a judgment rendered by a Court in Elsinore.
Flemming Nielsen wrote the words as a comment on a post that one of his friends had posted on social media regarding a residents’ association where the board had been overthrown by members of the extremist Muslim association Hizb ut-Tahrir.
The Elsinore Court claimed in its judgment that Flemming Nielsen had written in general about all Muslims, not Islamists in the narrower sense, as the convicted claimed. (There is no difference) “Thus, the Court in Elsinore has taken a major step towards expanding the racism paragraph to constitute a kind of blasphemy clause which indirectly protects Islam from insult.

Why is it ok for anyone to refer to the nationalists as a Nazi when they do not hate or want to kill muslims but only want to prevent them from trying to take over areas of their country. But if you compare islam to Nazi then it is a crime. Not wanting to allow a take over from muslims is not the same as a being a Nazi. We do not want the genocide of all muslims we just do not agree with an open door policy.

The OIC — Organization of Islamic Cooperation — has redefined criticism of Islam as = “Islamophobia” = “racism” = “slander” of Islam, since in Islamic law “slander” has nothing to do with truth but can be applied to any unwanted comment on Islam or Muslims. PEGIDA is doing a great service in aiding Flemming Nielson and publicizing the truth about this Muslim con game and contorting of Danish law. Of course the same battle has to be fought here, including opposition to the insertion of “white privilege” indoctrination programs into our schools and communities, the aim of which is the shaming and demoralization of a selected group of people because of the color of their skin, in this case white.
We have to learn to express ourselves differently.
What is very effective is to speak of a ‘club’ instead of saying ‘islam’. People will understand and message has more impact.
