A federal judge in Detroit ruled that a law that prevents Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) is unconstitutional because Congress does not have the authority to make the horrific Islamic practice illegal under the Necessary and Proper Clause or the Commerce Clause.
Interesting comments include:
Tech10K: “Will the screaming masses of libtard women decrying the appointment of Kavanaugh be screaming as loud for the removal of the lunatic judge in this case, I wonder?”
Generic Internetter “How many leftists are speaking out against FGM? How many leftist liberals are calling FGM an ‘Evil Practice’ or ‘Act of Patriarchical Opression?’ None, and we all know why.”
Poisonedblade “Feminists have no problem with genital mutilation because they’ll too busy fighting for the right to kill unborn girls.”
Joseph Dillard “Did I just hear that right? So passing federal laws prohibiting a person from smoking a joint is perfectly ok, but passing federal laws prohibiting people from mutilation the genitals of little girls would be ‘Congress overstepping their bounds?’ Every time I think these lunatic people couldn’t possibly get any lower or any more senseless and degenerate, they completely blow my mind by showing me just how wrong it is to EVER assume that of them.
