The Red Arrows flew over Portsmouth to mark the 75th anniversary of the D-Day landings.
A stunning video shows part of the 20-minute aerobatics display, with the planes leaving a trail of blue, red and white smoke behind them. The nine aircrafts performed a series of impressive tricks and used red smoke to leave the impression of a heart against the backdrop of the sky. The historic Second World War fighter planes joined 26 RAF aircraft to fly over the city of Portsmouth where Britain’s centrepiece D-Day 75 ceremony was taking place on Southsea Common.
At the very end, as the Red Arrows were returning to the base, they flew in information which spelled out a special message for Mayor Khan from President Donald Trump. HEH!
