Fatemeh Ghozat, 16, was allegedly beaten and then murdered by her uncle Mojtaba Namdar after speaking out against his abuse on May 22nd.
Daily Mail (h/t CHB) The victim’s mother is now speaking out after Ghozat was released on bail just two weeks after the incident, Iran International TV reported.
Speaking to Iran International TV, Bariha Rahmani said: ‘He threw my girl out of the window in front of my eyes, and then placed her body in my hands. ‘He has now been released on bail and walks free. He threatens my son, and tells him, “It’s your turn now!”
I’m afraid for myself and my children. ‘Tell me, in what other country in the world, when a murder has occurred and all the evidence points to the fact it was murder, would the accused be released on bail two weeks later?’
Relatives insist that Mojtaba Namdar confessed to killing Fatemeh in front of all their neighbours before emergency services arrived at the crime scene. However, after the girl was pronounced dead, Mojtaba allegedly retracted the confession and claimed there had been no witnesses.
Legal analyst and Journalist at Iran International TV, Nargess Tavassolian said: ‘This case is very strange, it is not known why the uncle was released after only two weeks.

The problem is that the nation of Iran is run by Ayatollahs and Islamic Clerics. The constitution of Iran is based on the Koran, the Hadiths and Islamic Sharia Law. Under Islamic Sharia law there is no penalty for a parent that kills their child. As a result in so many of these Islamic countries when a father murders his daughter he gets little or no penalty for the murder. This commonly called honor killing, but it is really murder.
The murderer was not the father, but the uncle.

Islam only promotes hate. This girl was already promised to another cousin. Its a dispute against the father and the uncle – and it seems the girl has been sexually abused by this POS uncle like most Muslim men seem to want to do. And then the girl is murdered after complaining about the abuse in what looks like an honour killing. Muslims have absolutely no regard for the sanctity of life, and no love whatsoever towards even others of their own kin. And it seems like the uncle has paid off the police and judiciary – otherwise how come the POS is free to wander the locality and make murderous threats to the family. The whole situation stinks.
