After the grisly attack in a north Paris suburb on Friday afternoon, 18-year-old Russian-born Muslim Aboulakh Anzorov sent photos of the history teacher Samuel Paty’s severed head to Chechen ISIS Telegram channels, where it was shared widely, the Sunday Times reported.
