A 14-year-old girl was assaulted and raped in the woods until she began to bleed in the abdomen. So-called ‘unaccompanied minor,’ Shokrallah was arrested by police but claimed that the girl consented to the intercourse. The punishment for the Muslim who claims to be 16-years-old, but looks much older, was a few weeks of youth service and care talks.
Sammytt Shokrallah came to Sweden as a so-called unaccompanied refugee child. He applied for a permanent residence permit on 5 October 2015 and was refused on 25 August 2017. The refusal was deported on 9 October 2017 by the Migration Court, which meant that the Swedish Migration Board finally granted him a permanent residence permit on 9 March 2018.
On June 13, 2019, Shokrallah managed to persuade the girl to follow him into a nearby forest, whereby he began to touch the girl and force her to kiss him. She indicated that she was not interested and asked him to stop. But instead of listening, he pulled off her clothes and threw her to the ground.
He then forced his penis into the girl’s mouth, while she tried to push and hit him. She temporarily managed to get to her feet, but Shokrallah got her down on the ground again and then tried to push her penis into the girl’s abdomen.
She also remembers that Shokrallah repeatedly inserted her fingers into her abdomen. He bit her lip as he tried to kiss her, held her hands and showed no sign of caring that she asked him to stop.
During the evening, the police drew up a report of rape and received a report of the perpetrator. He was arrested later that evening and given bags of evidence over his hands, which he tried to tear away.
The abuse was stopped when the girl by shouting managed to call the attention of a friend, who came to the rescue. After the abuse, the girl had pain, tenderness, wounds, swelling and bleeding from the abdomen.
The prosecutor in the case, Linda Schön, classified the crime as “aggravated rape of a child”. According to her, Shokrallah carried out the rape with violence, ruthlessness and rudeness.
The doctor has told in interrogation that she has never seen such bleeding before. The bleeding came from the mucous membranes and around the uterine tube.
On 27 January 2020, the Jönköping District Court announced the ruling.
The district court changes the prosecutor’s classification and does not see the act as serious. The court also considers that Shokrallah did act harshly against the girl, but since no fist blows, strangulation and similar aggravated violence occurred, the heading should be changed to rape of children of the normal degree.
