New heavens and a new earth (4/4)
Catholics generally believe that Jesus died on Friday, 3 April, AD 33. This is based on among other things, the Bible record of there being three (3) Passovers during Jesus’ ministry (John 2:13; 6:4; 11:55). However, this is not correct because two (2) Passovers were celebrated each year within the same week that Jesus died: –
🔹The first (1st) Passover was celebrated by the ‘believing Jews’ on the ‘appointed’ (correct) date for the Passover which is on Nisan 15; and
🔹The second (2nd) Passover was celebrated two (2) days later on Nisan 17 by the Orthodox Jews who were ‘unbelieving’ but highly religious.
Therefore, a total of four (4) Passovers were celebrated during Christ’s ministry that began at the age of thirty (30) after He was baptised by John the Baptist and received God’s Holy Spirit. Two (2) of the said Passovers were celebrated on the ‘appointed’ (designated) date of the Passover on Nisan 15, and two (2) were celebrated two (2) days later on the ‘false’ date of the Passover (Nisan 17), that was thought by the unbelieving but highly religious Jews to be Nisan 15 because they adopted the Babylonian method of determining the New Moon. So to the unbelieving but religious Jews, the true Nisan 14 was Nisan 12, true Nisan 15 was Nisan 13, true Nisan 16 was Nisan 14, and so on.
Similarly, the unbelieving but religious Jews are presently deceived on the true location of Solomon’s Temple which is currently a vacant lot on the hillock of Ophel, and nothing but the deception prevents them from building the third Jewish Temple on the God-designated ‘holy place’ which they have yearned to do for almost 2,000 years. However, it is absolutely certain that they will realise that they have been deceived because the prophetic Bible text on the end time clearly states that the sanctuary or the temple of God (the third Jewish Temple) will stand upon the holy place. (Matt 24:15; 2Thess 2:1-4)

The LATEST date of the beginning of the construction of the third Jewish Temple is 16 May 2023. This date is based on the 2,000 year period from the date of death of Christ (7 April in AD 30), and the seven (7) lunar year period (2,520 days) of Daniel’s 70th week that must fit in PRIOR TO 7 April 2030.
Finally, Muslims exploit God’s criticism of the descendents of Jacob-Israel who are the Western nations of the world and includes Jews. However, they fail to factor in that the shortcomings of the descendents of Jacob-Israel was and still is caused by the negative influences of the Muslim nations whom the Israelites took pity on rather than eliminating them as commanded by God.
The reason God wanted Israel to eliminate certain nations is because they were particularly evil and beyond correction. For those who think that was unjust, consider the current practices of Islam that are institutionalized by their official doctrines in the Qur’an, Hadiths and Sira.
Had Israel followed in the example of Joshua and Caleb to eliminate certain ancient nations (i.e. the Canaanites) as commanded by God, the people of the world would have been spared much evil and suffering that is present with us now.
Despite their shortcoming, the descendents of Jacob-Israel will forever be ‘the apple of God’s eye.’

To recap, at the time of Jesus, Jews followed two (2) calendars: –
🔹God’s calendar in which the New Moon is at the time of the conjunction (i.e. moon is totally invisible); and
🔹Babylonian calendar in which the New Moon begins when the first visible crescent 🌙 of rebuilding of moonlight is observed, which occurs two (2) days after the conjunction.
The date of death of Jesus on 7 April in AD 30 (Nisan 16) is derived from the following Bible text:
🔹Mark 14:32-36,37,40,45-46
🔹Mark 15:1,25,33-34,37,42-43,46
🔹John 18:28-30
🔹John 19:16,31
The time of the crucifixion of Christ at ~9:20 am (third hour of the day), and the time of His death at ~3:20 pm (ninth hour of the day) is based on astronomical data.
In God’s calendar: –
🔹The day begins at ‘sunset’ 🌇 in the ‘evening’ (not midnight or morning), so the start of day (in the evening) varies each day depending on the season.
🔹The daylight hours begin at sunrise 🌅 and vary with the season.
🔹The ‘eleventh hour’ is the evening ‘twilight’ prior to sunset 🌇, which varies each day depending on the season.
Remember, the time ⌚ of day was not measured with mechanical devices in those days.

On the day of death of Jesus, the eleventh hour (aka evening twilight) began at approximately 5:20 pm, and ended at sunset 🌇 at approximately 6:20 pm (based on astronomical data).
The Gregorian calendar bears no resemblance to God’s calendar. The Gregorian calendar is discrepant by +29 years. According to this calendar, the New Millennium (2,000 years from the death of Christ, and therefore the coming of Christ) would have been shortly prior to AD 2000, which has come and gone!
The Hebrew/Jewish calendar is discrepant by -10 years. According to this calendar, the New Millennium (2,000 years from the death of Christ) would be in AD 2040 (Gregorian calendar).
Although the ‘nominal’ (as distinct from actual) date of the coming of Christ is 7 April AD 2030, no one except God, not even Christ, knows the exact date. (Mark 13:32)
And if those days (i.e. the days preceding the coming of Christ) are not shortened, no human being would be saved; but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened. (Matt 24:22)
Therefore, based on the above Bible text, the coming of Christ will be NO LATER than 7 April 2030.

One thousand (1,000) years after the coming of Christ, and the coming of Christ is NO LATER than 7 April 2030, which is approximately 9 years from now!!!
So, the new heavens and the new earth is approximately one thousand and nine (1,000) years from now!!!
The new heavens and a new earth will be created after the 1,000 year reign by Christ on the current earth 🌎. (Rev 20:6; 21:1)
The current heavens and the current earth 🌏 will ‘melt’ and be ‘dissolved’ (eliminated) after the 1,000 year reign of Christ on the current earth 🌎. (2 Peter 3:7,10-13)
The elimination of the current heavens (universe 🌌) and earth 🌎 is depicted as folding and discarding of an old garment. (Hebrews 1:10-12)
How is the coming of Christ NO LATER than 7 April 2030 determined?
The date 7 April AD 2030 is 2,000 years from the date of death of Christ on 7 April in AD 30.
The 2,000 years is represented by 2 prophetic ‘days’ (not 24-hour days, but 1,000 year ‘days’) in God’s ‘great’ (large) ‘week’ (not seven 24-hour day week, but a ‘week’ of 1,000 years = 7,000 years). (Hosea 6:1-2; Daniel 9:24-27; 2 Peter 3:8)
Depending on the context, the words, ‘day’ and ‘week’ in the Bible not only apply to 24-hour day, and 7 x 24-hour day week according to current definitions, but they equally apply to other periods of time that are clearly defined in the Bible text.
An example of a ‘week of years’ (7 years) is in Genesis 29:18-28. In verses 27 and 28, the word, ‘week’ is 7 years. I shall post another article on this topic for those who are not familiar with these concepts.
That date of death of Jesus Christ on 7 April in AD 30 is calculated from Bible text: –
🔹The date John the Baptist was conceived (Luke 1:5-60) relative to the date Jesus was conceived (Matt 2:1-23; Luke 2:1-20)
🔹Jesus’ age (30 years) when He was baptised by John the Baptist (Luke 3:21-23)

The word, ‘star’ in the Bible is defined as any brightly shining celestial object such as an asteroid, comet, planet, star (our definition), etc.
The Star ☀️ of Bethlehem was an extremely rare triple optical conjunction of Venus, Jupiter and the alpha-star ☀️ Regulus in the Leo ♌ constellation, which according to astronomical records occurred in the early evening 🌃 on 11 September 3 BCE. So Jesus was born in the early evening 🌃 on 11 September in 3 BCE.

Date markers: –
🔹The Hebrew year begins at the start of Spring on Nisan 1 (corresponds to 14 March on the Gregorian calendar). (Esther 3:7)
🔹Zechariah, the father of John the Baptist, was of the course/order of Abia/Abijah, which was the ‘eight’ order to serve in the temple of God in Jerusalem. However, because between Nisan 1 and his scheduled week of service, two (2) festivals were celebrated which required all Levitical priests to serve in the temple, Zachariah was scheduled to serve his 8th course on the tenth (10th) week from Nisan 1, rather than on the 8th week. (Luke 1:5; 1Chr 24:10) I shall post another article to describe this in more detail.
Jesus and the disciples ‘prepared’ the Passover lamb during the twilight (last hour of the day) on Nisan 14, and ate the Passover lamb (that represented Himself!) at midnight on Nisan 15. Then in the morning on the same day of the Passover (Nisan 15), Jesus went to the garden of Gethsemane with the disciples where He spent the whole day praying in agony. Because they celebrated the Passover throughout the previous night 🌃 and did not sleep, the disciples found it hard to stay awake and pray with Jesus. They fell asleep!
After being betrayed (increasingly common nowadays; e.g. Pence, SCOTUS, etc), Jesus was arrested at the ‘beginning’ of the ‘next’ day on Friday Nisan 16, which was the ‘evening’ (after ~6:20 pm), but according to our pagan Roman time scale is the same day. However, according to God’s calendar, it was the ‘next’ day, Nisan 16 (corresponds to Friday 7 April, AD 30 on the Gregorian calendar).
After being arrested in the early ‘evening’ of Nisan 16 which to the Jews was the beginning of the day, Jesus was crucified in the 3rd hour (~9:20 am) in the morning of the ‘same’ day on Nisan 16, which corresponds to Friday 7 April in AD 30 on the pagan Gregorian calendar date scale.
The months in God’s calendar begin at the lunar conjunction when the earth, moon and sun, in that order, are approximately in a straight line. This is referred to as the New Moon, and it occurred on the first (1st) day of the month of Nisan.
However, during the 70-year Babylonian captivity in Babylon and Medo-Persia, Jewish leaders adopted the Babylonian method for determining the beginning of the New Moon, which is when the first visible crescent 🌙 of rebuilding of moonlight is observed. This occurs two (2) days after the conjunction, and thereby results in the false Babylonian calendar to lag two (2) days behind the true God’s calendar.
The above explains why the ‘unbelieving but highly religious’ Jews celebrated the Passover two (2) days after Jesus celebrated the Passover with His disciples on the ‘appointed’ (God-designated) date, rather than on the pagan Babylonian date that lagged by two (2) days. And that is also why the ‘unbelieving but highly religious’ Jews wanted the Romans to crucify Jesus prior to the (unbeknown to them) ‘false’ date for the Passover; and then have Jesus hastily buried prior to the ‘false’ day of the ‘Preparation’ of the Passover lamb (that represented the very person they insisted on crucifying), which began two (2) hours after the death of Jesus at the ‘twilight’ of the same day Nisan 16 that corresponds to Friday 7 April in AD 30 (Gregorian calendar).
Interestingly, Muslims have also adopted the Babylonian method for determining the New Moon, hence the Islamic crescent 🌙 that they worship 🛐.
