I have just had a comment highlighting this very subject suppressed in one of our online news forums, just as they have previously suppressed many of my (completely factual), comments on Islam.
It distresses me that I don’t know what to do for persecuted Christians, atheists and those of other non-Islamic faiths, other than writing to MPs and imploring them to bring in these minorities as refugees, rather than filthy Muslims.
I don’t have a god, but I hope that the Gods of these persecuted people start looking after them better, soon.

My Aunt 61, her husband 66, their daughter 35 and her husband 38 AND their little girl 7. All born and raised Catholics had to walk 6 days on foot with hundreds of Yazeedis and other Christian families out of Mosul when ISIS attacked the city. Now they live in tents on the outskirts of a Kurdish city in northern Iraq called Sinjar because NOT A SINGLE EUROPEAN COUNTRY is willing to accept refugees based on their religion! Even here in New Zealand I see tens of Muslim Syrian families being granted refugee status on arrival although they were living in houses, working, their kids go to schools in Egypt.
Go figure!

I’ve written to John Key, Michael Woodhouse and also Winston Peters on bringing in non-Muslim refugees as a priority. Only got an automated response from the first two, and nothing from Winston.
I have since decided that each week I will send out either a story of persecution (it won’t be hard to find one), or a graphic photo of the like published on BNI, to Misters Key and Woodhouse, in the faint hope that they wake up and start bringing in REAL refugees like your relatives.

It’s pretty sad, infact when I am able to distance myself from it all, I am forever in shock and disbelief that in the year 2015 humans are where they/we are.
Watching documentaries on the Universe on how planets formed, stars are born and die, what makes up the sun, and all of the amazing technology we have at watching supernovas explode into existence light years away, sampling terrains of planets and moons around saturn, measuring compounds in the cosmos, then you come back to earth where the people are sick, and life for a person on this planet has been reduced to a point that not even a blackhole would want to touch and recycle, what a surreal contrast.
All the squabbling among humans, money, religion, land, power, fame, relationships, rights, truth, reality, spirituality……Just one big gaseous fart, the fumes are overwhelming.
With all of the wonder and all of the good people that are here on this planet wanting to use their energy to propel us forward and to keep growing in positive ways, wouldn’t it be nice if humanity for starters could just get along. Our species is very infantile when I look at it from this perspective.
The MidEast too insular, and is now a world problem – civilly, no longer just politically between our countries, but now is each and everyone of our problems. Those that have their heads in the sand, well I’d rather have my head in the clouds and my feet on the ground.

I think as long as Europe and the U.S. Can hide behind Muslim hatred of Jews and Israel they can pretend to be safe. Pretend that Muslims don’t hate them just as much. When there are no Jews they attack Christians. When there are no Christians they attack different sects of Islam. What will it take for this to sink in before it’s too late?
