There was a television series in the US called ‘Monk’ about a Detective who had issues, but proved brilliant in the end. When Monk did something that those around him found annoying or meaningless, he would often say “Some day you will thank me”.

MM, it already happened when he was supposed to give a commencement speech at UC Berkeley. The students raised a ruckus trying to have him cancelled because of his views on Islam, but he was allowed to speak as long as he didn’t mention Islam.
Bill Maher may be a leftie, but he is a realist and he is in tune with reality rather than fantasy. I don’t agree with everything Bill Maher says, but I like Bill Maher and I do agree with much of what he says. If there were more liberals like him, this would be a different world.

I am both pleased and amazed that a confirmed Leftist would have a positive opinion on anything Trump does and of course, everything that Israel does. Jerusalem is the eternal capitol of the Jewish People, and it took Trump to have the courage and nobility to state that fact, and I thank Bill Maher for his support, even though most of his thinking and opinions make me sick.
