If they overturn the decision and rearrest these thugs, they should arrest Sarah Backus with them. She deserves jail time for this.

There was SO MUCH threatening evidence to the community at that TERRORIST TRAINING COMPOUND -that some incriminating evidence was even left behind, during the cleanup ..guess the FBI didn’t have a big enough trailer to haul ALL OF IT away. I understand that Governor Martinez, who originally appointed Backus to the bench is quite upset with this ruling. Hindsight 20-20 but maybe Martinez should have vetted her a little more closely.
