While visiting Minnesota from California, Pastor Ramin Parsa, entered the Mall of America with his local host pastor, and happened to strike up a conversation with two Somali Muslim women.
ThirdRailTalk.com Learning that the pastor was from Iran originally, the women asked if he was a practicing Muslim. He replied, no, and indicated that he had converted to Christianity years ago and paid a dear price in Iran (torture, and even hard-core and harsh interrogations, and ministry harassment) for his commitment to the Christian church. The young Somali women were intrigued and wanted to know more.
One Somali woman however, who was listening to the exchange from a distance, approached the group and objected loudly, chastising Pastor Parsa, the other pastor, as well as the Somali women for talking to him. She demanded they “not listen to this man”, and ordered Pastor Parsa to leave the Somali women alone.
In their own language, they began to fight verbally amongst themselves, until the hostile female Somali intruder to the conversation departed. She then falsely reported to Mall of America Security officer that the pastor was harassing the Somali women. When the officer approached them, the two Somali women assured him that they having a friendly conversation with the two pastors.
The MOA “security officer” ignored the plea of the two Somali women in defense of the pastors, and then told the pastors that they were “not permitted to discuss religion in the Mall”, and demanded that they stop, or they would be escorted out of the Mall immediately, or they “would be arrested for soliciting and Illegal trespass”, for ignoring HIS order to cease.
The group then decided to say their goodbyes, with the two pastors moving on to a coffee shop. They noticed, however, that the same “security officer” continued to stand outside of the Starbucks Coffee location.
When they exited the café, they were met by the original “security officer”, and now, accompanied by two more MOA “security officers”, who had obviously been called to the scene, in spite of the fact, that the pastors had already complied with the “security officers” request to “break it up.” Security now demanded that Pastor Parsa leave the MOA “immediately” or be arrested.
“For what now?” inquired the pastor. With that, they handcuffed Pastor Parsa behind his back, and hauled him of to, “MOA Jail”, while passers-by, who were witnessing this outrage, and mostly Muslim children chanting and pointing at him in a humiliating fashion, and loudly exclaiming that “he is being arrested because he is a Christian”.
He was then taken to an interrogation room—handcuffed to a steel chair—which was bolted to the floor—for the next several hours.
He was denied the water he requested until the end of the ordeal, when Bloomington MN PD was expected to arrive—denied his requested a restroom break until the end, was badgered by officers attempting to barter “water for a demanded photograph of him”, (which he refused)—denied a phone call—denied a requested attorney—denied a request for his “Miranda rights” to be read to him (This also happened when he requested his rights to be read to him by the Bloomington PD as well later. He continually denied him the right to know, per his repeated request, what he had actually done to violate any “law” or written MOA security policy. aIt was hours before they actually called the Bloomington Police Department, who took him into custody again, for “booking and processing”.
He was then taken to the Bloomington Police Department, booked, given a citation—to appear “personally” back in front of a Hennepin County Judge Minnesota—sometime into the future, and released on a $78 bail.
The Mall of America has banned pastor Parsa for 6 months from its premises, including the hotels, and he is now awaiting a court date, and again, to appear personally in front of a Minnesota Court soon. Pastor Parsa was charged with “Criminal Trespassing” trespassing as per Bloomington City Code Sections 12.07-12.12.

Say what you want to about the “Land of the brave and the home of the free” but……….. If you just watch and listen to the American people talk and complain about the constitution being violated you’ll notice that it’s just nothing but talk. Talk without action is just talk. It means nothing.
Everybody is waiting for somebody else to begin the action to remove these vermin from this country. You have to stop worrying about the law and spontaneously act in the same manner as your opponents That takes guts and I don’t think the American people as a whole have the balls to jump into the mess and sacrifice whatever they’ve accumulated in life for the rights of other people who hesitate to fight.
