In one of two incidents at the Cuyahoga County Jail, a corrections officer reportedly grabbed an inmate by the back of his neck after he ignored the order to stop praying, in an area of the prison not designated for praying.

Cleveland19 “We’re gravely concerned about any incident like this, where a person’s religious rights and their right to be free from excessive force have been violated,” said Julia Shearson, the executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations/CAIR, Northern Ohio Chapter. (Shearson, a convert to Islam appears to have been a nun – see video below – before she went to the dark side)
Witnesses say he reportedly demanded the Muslim stop praying and move to another cell, and that he grabbed the praying inmate by the back of his neck, dragged him about 30 feet and slammed his head to the floor before putting him in a cell.
This is why ALL non-Muslim prisoners and non-Muslim prison guards must always watch their backs:

The jail system doesn’t revolve around Muslum prayers or Tourette’s episodes. However, I think the guard can find a more effective means of control than grabbing the Muslum inmate. Just make him share showers with Big Bubba. Alone.
I say let all the muslims out of prison. Let them renounce their US citizenship, and get free transportation to the muslim majority country of their choice. Absolutely no returning, not even to visit relatives.
The claim that religious rights have been violated is rubbish. The man in question was praying. However, he violated the jail rules by praying in an area not meant for prayers. Rather, he should be thankful that he is in jail in a civilized society. Had he carried out his actions in any other country dominated by muslims, he would have been in a hospital by now.

What are they imprisoned for in the first place? “If” they were mentally ill, they would have been deemed incompetent to stand trial. If they are a threat to order within the prison system, they can be held in solitary. Better yet, incarcerate them under them under the National Security Act of 2012. If you’re a suspected terrorist under this law, you can be held indefinitely, no phone, no attorney and no contact with family. You just”disappear”
When this law first surfaced, I was totally against it, but the more that I see our justice system being abused, the more that I support it! Can we say Guantanamo?? These dime store, ambulance chasers give all attorneys a bad name!! It’s not like they’re not giving them some place to bang their heads on the ground and wave their asses in the air!
They’re, in all honesty, more than likely trying to protect them and other inmates. Imagine a white supremacist gang or a Latino gang seeing this. Ahole would get shanked within a week and the guards are put at risk also.
Even worse, the muslim prisoners convert a lot of inmates by telling them halal food is better and they get time off to pray.
If that’s what they want, fine. Put them in solitary where they can pray all day long(for their”protection” of course?. I grew up with Nortes, MS. Their motto is, ” For my mother, for my gang, for my church”. They won’t play around over halal. They honestly, are not”nice” people, but they won’t betray their oath. That’s the reason why certain prisoners have different yard times. They can’t put them all out together without putting guards and other prisoners at risk. It’s not summer camp. Poor little muzzies should know that!
Maybe Julia Shearson should go out in general pop and visit her client WITHOUT a guard. See how that works out for her!!!

Unless I have a client willing to go public…….BTW….I appear very demure when the occasion warrants. But, the law is the Law. Justice is just. Doesn’t matter what you look like. Equal under the law. I think we witnessed that with Justice Kavanagh; though it was admittedly hard on him and his family.
