A couple of the big factors with Mohammed Noor is that he was from Somalia and he is a Muslim. Even before he shot and killed this woman there were many events that showed that he was completely unsuitable to be a police officer. However his city in Minnesota kept him as a police officer in order to show that they had Somali Muslim Police officers and a tragic death occurred. When you look at how this man was likely raised and trained as a Somalian Muslim, he was likely trained to hate non muslims. He was also trained to have a very low view of non muslim women, to view them as women to be raped. I hope he gets a good trial and gets convicted of murder. But other people need to held accountable for hiring this man who was obviously unsuitable to be a police officer.
