NOTRE DAME Webcam allegedly captures person on roof igniting a fire
I also have to say the ‘electrical short’ story being pushed is all total BS. These days we have earth leakage ( safety) circuit breakers that interrupt the power in micro-seconds. Or even ‘regular’ circuit breakers like you have at home but larger capacity. No way a ‘short’ can do this. Also I read a lot of the power for the work was generators. These would be shut down when work ceased for the day. So no power being generated. Also, if it was a generator and all safeties fail … and there is a short …the genset just stalls. Also webcams don’t show any lights …so no power there. Total BS. It’s an incendiary device/s. Like a bunch of emergency flares or even a large fireworks. Thus far I cannot find a webcam that actually shows the ignition point but it must exist. The webcams were live for the whole time. More evidence.
It is possible that a short won’t blow a breaker……if it has a load in series with the short….. An electrician may screw a light bulb right into an old fuse panel (blown fuse short spot)…….as long as the bulb remains on you have a short. Theoretically it is possible. Additionally i find it odd that the person seems to disappear just as the voice proclaims “part of the resistance”. However…..all buildings in the g8 country I reside in, that are of cultural or government importance get a group of electricians whom would come in on a weekend for overtime (maybe once every 2 years/building)……and every single screw is tightened/checked ( years ago these “torques” were preceded with thermal camera to catch any potential hot spots)…. Older buildings may require a disconnect from your electricity distributor…..these are “grandfathered”, so they don’t need to keep up with code. My understanding is facilities get an insurance break if they keep their electrical maintained.

With the number of church burning s…..just add it to the long list. ya ok, they are all electrical fires……sorry, Notre Dame is the only electrical fire out of all of them. These dudes were on the roof for quite a while. I don’t think the flashes are the fire starters. Too small. Too early. What I think the flashes are is our arsonist using his cellphone camera to record the job. What we’re seeing is the camera flash. Then there is a time delay to allow his escape. This is a situation that should be easy to sort-out’. Firstly, surely this site had security cameras covering all entrances ? Then we have the possible perp using his cellphone so we have cellphone GPS records. Then we have several webcams recording in real time. Then they are on the roof for ‘hours’ so we must have many satellite images. Goodness the military sats could count the buttons on his shirt ! Then we still have the video of the guy walking along the balcony. LOTS of tools. And Lots of evidence. Don’t tell me we can’t solve this sucker … If we want to ! Further if Sri Lanka can already publish photos of one of the bombers please don’t tell me France can’t sort this out.
The french government does not want it sorted out. The architects in charge of the historical monuments are not allowed to answer the questions of the media
