Why is the Biden Regime negotiating a “plea deal” with 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed that would scrap the death penalty?
Prosecutors have opened talks with lawyers for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the accused mastermind of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks, and his four co-defendants to negotiate a potential plea agreement that would drop the possibility of execution, according to people with knowledge of the discussions.
The Hill Prosecutors have reportedly opened negotiations for a potential plea deal that could eliminate a death penalty trial for the accused plotters behind the 9/11 terror attacks, including alleged mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. People familiar with the matter told The New York Times about the potential agreement, which comes nearly a decade after the five men’s arraignment and more than 20 years after the attacks that killed nearly 3,000 people.
Discussions about a plea began last week, and the case’s judge, defense and prosecution teams have traveled to Guantánamo Bay for three weeks of hearings regarding the matter, the Times reported. During a previous failed trial attempt during the Trump administration, the five men demanded that they complete their sentences at the Guantánamo detention facility in an apparent effort to avoid a Florence, Colo., prison where federal inmates are detained in solitude for up to 23 hours a day.
KSM said many times that he wants the death penalty so he could die a martyr.

The weather is great where Guantanamo is located. They have everything they need. What a terrible shame they will live out their lives at that pleasant facility.
And meanwhile, the many non-violent people that entered the Capitol Building on January 6th or were very close to the building are kept in isolation under atrocious conditions.
They aren’t rotting in Gitmo. When the idea of transferring them to a max security prison in N. Dakota (I think), they pitched a bitch. Gitmo is like a country club for them now.
The current regime in Washington falls over themselves to placate muslims. KSM will be walking the streets of whatever shit hole he selects. The US Government will probably give him money a car, and a place to live.
I know this is a rhetorical question but why weren’t these “creatures” executed yet??? And why didn’t Trump see to it they were?

This subject is widely covered online. It has a lot to do with the allegations that KSM was tortured by the CIA at black sites. They should have tried them by the military and executed them right after.
Just like the case of the Blind Shiekh, the longer these demons are allowed to breathe, the higher the risk of yet more Jihad hostage operations where the terrorists demand release of KSM and his buddies. Too bad we did not run the cases of all the captured jihadis like we did when the US captured , tried, convicted, and executed the German saboteurs who landed by U-Boat on Long Island, NY and Punta Vedra, FL. Atty Gen. Francis Biddle did not mess around.(he was AG 1940-44 and US Judge at Nuremberg too. Back then Harvard grads were useful and patriotic)

The US regime want the death sentence scrapped. That’s the first step. Later on, they will set the monster free.
