Hypothetical Scenario: I wonder how the US Government would react if, say Mexico was dominated by a radical group of terrorists who vowed our destruction. Then, a thousand Mexican terrorists or more break through a section of the US border wall, and head straight into El Paso where they slaughter men, women, and children in the most heinous ways, including decapitating babies and infants. After the terrorists murder 1,400 or 1,500 people in cold blood, they return to Mexico with 212 hostages (American men, women, children, toddlers, and a mix of dual US citizens). The terrorists lock up their captive, bewildered and terrified toddlers in poultry cages, laughing all the while, and rape and sodomize the mothers of these toddlers and young women (the ones that they do not kill outright), as they launch thousands upon thousands of rockets indiscrimenently toward civilian population centers in El Paso, Ciudad Juarez, Houston, Austin, etc. Then a fictional superpower country brings a mighty flotilla of warships and aircraft carriers to the Gulf of Mexico in a faux show of support for the USA, but tells the US government that they must delay their ground invasion of Mexico indefinitely, and make sure that “humanitarian” assistance is given to the Mexican population through a third country, with little or no oversight. Moreover, in this make believe scenario, Canada is shelling US border cities like Seattle, Detroit, and Buffalo, resulting in the deaths of numerous American soldiers on the border and trying to have radical terrorists sneak into the USA to kill as many Americans as possible. Then, the make-believe superpower with the mighty naval flotilla tells the USA that it cannot engage Canada to protect the USA’s northern border, while the make-believe Canadian terrorists pose the greatest threat to the USA in terms of weapons and training. Meanwhile, the whole world brands the USA as an aggressor and protests erupt all over the world, with ex-pat Americans being attacked physically and verbally. Finally, another fictional country is the instigator of all this trouble, which has the potential to erupt into World War III and receives billions of dollars in sanctions relief, while being branded the world’s greatest sponsor of terrorism and persuing its goal of nuclear weapons and the means to deliver them at the USA, killing countless Americans in a nuclear holocaust and wiping the USA off the map for eternity.
