One the Cars was from Italy, by their License Plate, but I think they were speaking a dialect of Italian though it also sounded kinda French.

No it aint and the right way to do this is to cough and drive over them with the saying oh shit i didnt see them or i was looking in my handy at the time or whatever. To pull them off of the street is being nice and i certainly am not nice to them or their little shitty friends.
