Student at Bromley College refuses to remove her cap unless Muslim women are forced to remove their headbags. Caroline Powell, in Bromley College buildings, has been told repeatedly to remove her cap, but believes that, while Muslim women are allowed to wear headbags, this represents double standards and discriminates against Christians and other non-Muslim women.
Daily EB (h/t Christine D) The 39-year-old told News Shopper: “It started in September last year when I got stopped at the door by a woman and she said ‘you need to take your cap off’. “It is a small black leather cap but it’s part of my identity. She said ‘you need to take it off, they are the rules’. “A Muslim woman walked in behind me and I asked if she was going to ask her to take off her headdress. ..”
Bromley College explained to Miss Powell her cap should be removed for security reasons. “They said it was so they could ID all users of the college, so nothing can obscure their face. But all these Muslim women are walking in with scarves across their face.”
But slap a cap over your Muslim headbag, and no one will say a word.
Miss Powell has continued to make a stance, and over the last few months tensions between her and staff have increased to the point she fears she will be thrown out of school. She said: “If one rule is made for all then fine, but I am not going to be treated like this when everyone else is allowed to do what they want. I feel it is totally double standards.”
And it isn’t much better in the U.S.
Conservative Tribune While shopping at a local Walmart last year, a man named Lee Young grew incensed when he noticed a Muslim employee wearing a hijab because the managers at this same Walmart previously forced an employee to stop wearing his veteran’s hat, which reportedly contained pins proudly declaring his status as a former American soldier.
“So one of our own who signed his life away to protect our freedoms and homeland cannot wear his simple old hat but this woman can wear a headscarf proclaiming her love of the Muslim culture and her dedication to Allah!?” Young wrote on Facebook. He added, ” Kiss my ass Walmart!!!!”
I wonder if nuns can wear their habits in the UK.
More women need to do this, instead of donning hijabs in solidarity.
All support for Caroline Powell to wear her hat. Likewise our vets can wear their hats if mus slums can wear their head rags. It is time to have a change in Walmarts or it is time to boycott Walmart as we have done with target stores. Perhaps time to boycott all stores that sell halal and hire mus slums.
The point is always the same, and goes beyond Islam, despite Islam posing the major threat and being the most invasive and the issue nowadays. The point is that religious motives are put on a pedestal. And even Seculars allow it and are defensless about it.
The lady with black cap does not appeal to religious motives thus she is required to be “reasonable” and abide rules. Instead, religious motives can still make it all right and formally “sanitize” misbehaviours even in the West. Why?

I was once wearing a rash guard in a casino pool in Atlantic city. Black lifeguard told me I had to take it off for sanitary reasons. Meanwhile family of Muslims swimming in pool in what looked like street clothes. They are winning because of liberal traitors in the country whose ideology needs to be exterminated.
Our governments are giving preferential treatment to Muslims. Are the people going to take it? HELL NO! Stand our ground! This is OUR COUNTRY!

If I walk into a store wearing a motorcycle helmet, I will be refused service. If I walk into a bank wearing it, i’m likely to be surrounded by armed police.
So why can anyone, male or female, wearing the full-face burkha come and go as they please. As for airports – how the hell can you allow people who won’t show their faces on to aircraft. Especially when they are members of a death-loving religion who’s avowed aim is to kill me!

Completely agree with you. I am Canadian and it is, sure the hell worse here. Our government has their heads up their asses and don’t give a damn for Canadians born and raised here. I find the government over there are hitting Trump down on anything he does. Why the hell are people born and raised in the USA, trying to stop him? I think he is on the right track. Canada on the other hand have nothing but brain dead politicians running this country. Good luck to all of us.
