As a result, India’s largest state has outlawed matrimony between people of different faiths. The legal action is part of efforts to contain ‘love jihad’ which has nothing to do with love and everything to do with violence. How the liberal international media, the Islamic nations and India’s Opposition parties try to malign everything that Prime Minister Modi does in the best interest of that nation! The so called Love Jihad Bill does NOT ban interfaith marriage. Rather it requires interfaith couples undertaking religious conversions for marriage in the Upper Peninsula state to be approved by a district magistrate to ensure that the marriage was not solely for converting to the Islamic faith! This is because there were so many instances of UNDERAGE Christian, Hindu, and Sikh girls being TARGETED by Muslim youth, sometimes kidnapped, raped with the connivance of clergy and parents, and then ‘reverted’ and married! They were able to rinse and repeat this process since ONLY Muslim men in India have the privilege of marrying up to four wives at any given time, and the ease of divorce reduced to the simple task of chanting a magical Arabic word thrice, with NO burden of alimony or child support! I believe Modi has banned the use of the magic word for divorce nationally, but the four wives privilege yet continues for Muslims!
In order to not appear targeting any one religion in a secular nation, the Bill is generic to include all religions, though no other faith indulges in marriage solely to convert infidels.
The Indian Supreme Court is left leaning, since most Judges were appointed by the now opposition Congress when they were in power. Hopefully they will not hold this bill unconstitutional.

Its False News , India hasn’t outlawed interfaith matrimony COMPLETELY but some state legislatures have passed an act against Conversion solely for the purpose of Marriage where the aggrieved party converts his/her religion due to deceit , coercion, Fraud , Consideration etc at the behest of his/her spouse which is called LOVE JIHAD , involuntary Conversion of religion for the purpose of nuptial ties is banned in these few (3 states MADHYA PRADESH , UTTAR PRADESH, HARYANA) and not all over INDIA (LOVE JIHAD LAW) .
Indian Constitution still allows anyone to convert his/her religion voluntarily with consent before/after marriage.
India is still strongly SECULAR than EVER with MUSLIM population increasing exponentially and Evangelicals carrying out large scale Proselytization of Hindus while Sikhs are bringing demography changes in many states like Punjab , West Bengal , Haryana , Delhi etc. So H!nduism is bound to be DOOMED today/tomorrow.There is no one to save Hindus , temples are demolished on a daily basis , Hindus are divided into Castes and lower castes vote overwhelmingly for Communist parties/Left liberals/Hardcore Radical Islamic parties like IUML/AIMIM while Upper castes who are degraded daily , abused and villified vote for Modi.
