We’ve got a lot of them in NYC! Back in the day, Mr BNI would verbally confront idiot drivers once in awhile, especially ones who nearly caused a crash. While they were ranting at each other, Mr. BNI would threaten to do something he learned in the Marines – I don’t recall the exact wording, but he threatened to stick his 2 fingers into their neck and pull the throat out of their body…or something like that.

We have an endless supply of Somali ragheads here in Portland and Lewiston, Maine. The people doing the testing at the DMV were specifically told to pass these drivers to avoid lawsuits for failing them. The DUI laws are strict here but not if these newly licensed drivers are under the influence of Khat which many of them are. Nice country, America!
