How many more times is designated terrorist group CAIR going to sue the U.S. Government over its Terror Watch List because they think there are too many Muslim names on it?
Nihad Awad, CAIR’s smarmy little executive director claims the US Government’s Terror Watch List/No Fly List is a “de facto Muslim Registry,” as more than half the names on it are Muslims. Once again, CAIR is suing the government on behalf of one potential Muslim terrorist who can’t seem to get his name off the list.
CAIR files these frivolous lawsuits all the time, and rarely, if ever, win any of them. See links below video:
The only ethical thing to do is to PROSECUTE Muslim terrorist front group CAIR for High Treason, for doing everything in their power to have Muslim terrorists and Muslim terrorist organizations succeed in carrying out both minor and major Muslim terrorist attacks on Americans. CAIR will keep filing lawsuits until courts buckle down and put an end to it. Federal courts have a device known as Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 11, that would put a quick end to this nonsense if the judges only bother to use it.
Under Rule 11, the judge can fine each attorney that signed the papers, and the organization on behalf the lawsuit is made $10,000 each for filing a frivolous lawsuit. Unfortunately, many judges will not use this rule, and thereby waste the court’s and the opposing litigant’s time and resources until the case naturally resolves in favor of the party being sued.
There are other mechanisms to deal with this also. Say CAIR thinks that $10,000 is chump change (easily made up in donations from ignorant followers) and they continue to file frivolous lawsuits and take the $10K hit each time. A judge can put an injunction on them from filing further lawsuits unless reviewed by the Clerk of Court and found by him/her to have merit.
I can see that the Muslims do 99 percent of the bombing and killing around the world. Plus in USA .the cair must have a list of bombers ready to go out and kill people. They don’t want to spy on coz of this .ps cair can go a fuck right off and move on of 39 country’s of full Muslims maybe they can sue they own kind .I hate all Muslims so there
