In a March 22, 2022 article in Arab News, editor Faisal ‘Abbas states: Everyone harmed by the current oil crisis should understand that it is Biden’s foreign policies that are responsible for their plight.”

A blatant example, he says, is America’s current eagerness to appease Iran in order to renew the nuclear deal with it. As part of this, the U.S. is even considering removing the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) from the terrorism list, a move that is likely to embolden Iran rather than restrain it. “Declassifying the IRGC simply to obtain a new agreement would be the equivalent of trying to put out a fire by spraying it with aviation fuel,” ‘Abbas says.
‘Abbas notes that this anticipated decision regarding the IRGC comes in the wake of Biden’s earlier decision to remove the Houthis in Yemen from the terrorist list – a move that only emboldened this Iran-backed militia to increase its attacks on America’s allies, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. He stresses that the American disregard of the Houthis’ attacks, such as their repeated attacks on Aramco oil facilities, is the root cause of the energy crisis currently afflicting the world. All industries and individuals who are suffering from this crisis should realize that ill-advised foreign policy is responsible for their plight.
But the most blatant example of America’s misguided foreign policy, ‘Abbas says, is its conduct in the Ukraine crisis. The Obama administration, he states, prepared the ground for this crisis by letting Russia get away with the annexation of Crimea in 2014, and now the Ukrainians have to beg the U.S. for help in confronting the Russian invasion. Quoting the Wall Street Journal, ‘Abbas concludes that, “In this new era of Great Power competition, the US can’t afford to alienate allies that can help deter authoritarian aggressors bent on harming US interests and values.”
“The Worst Politico-Military Scenario Is To Be Threatened By Russia, And Promised Protection By America!”

MEMRI “As the veteran Lebanese journalist and Asharq Al Awsat columnist Eyad Abu Chakra tweeted on Monday: ‘The worst politico-military scenario is to be threatened by Russia, and promised protection by America!’ I could not agree more: It was a brilliant and concise summary of the state of the world today.
“Just look at the headlines from the past few weeks alone — starting with Israel, the closest of US allies in the Middle East. Expressing shock at how far the ill-advised US negotiators in Vienna seem prepared to go in bowing to Iran’s demands, Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett and Foreign Minister Yair Lapid said they ‘refuse to believe’ that the US would remove the designation of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terrorist organization.
“How rare it is to have Israel’s two most senior ministers fighting for Arab concerns (as well as their own) by reminding Team Biden that the IRGC’s malign tentacles extend throughout the Middle East, and that they bear responsibility for attacks on American civilians and American forces in the region.
“Of course, no sane person wants to see a nuclear Iran, and the world should do all it can to obtain a tougher, tighter deal. However, declassifying the IRGC simply to obtain a new agreement would be the equivalent of trying to put out a fire by spraying it with aviation fuel.
“At the heart of the Biden administration’s zeal for the deal in Vienna is a personal vendetta against his predecessor, Donald Trump. That vendetta, along with internal political squabbling, also led to the delisting of the Tehran-backed Houthi militia as a terrorist group in early 2021 — reversing the Trump administration’s laudable action before he left office.
“In response, the Houthis, who overthrew Yemen’s internationally recognized government in 2014, have ramped up their deliberate targeting of civilian facilities in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Instead of reconsidering its position, the Biden administration doubled down on its apparent strategy of alienating friends.”
“The US has not even taken the minimum, zero-cost decision to re-list the Houthis as a terrorist group, despite their blatant attacks at the weekend on Aramco facilities in Saudi Arabia at a time when global energy supplies are already being disrupted and accompanying price increases are troubling the world. Saudi Arabia was therefore absolutely right to say, as it did on Monday, that it could not be held responsible for any oil supply issues resulting from these Houthi attacks.
“Indeed, from Toronto to Tokyo, truck drivers, airlines, cargo ships, hospitals and almost every other industry and individual affected by Biden’s ill-advised foreign policy should remember that the economic pinch they feel is on him.
But put aside Saudi Arabia, forget Afghanistan, ignore Israel. The biggest demonstration of US misjudgment is evident in Ukraine. President Volodymyr Zelensky had to plead with the US Congress for more help, after Ukraine’s eternal hope of joining NATO was dashed, and a disrespected Obama-era red line on the annexation of Crimea set a dangerous precedent that paved the way to what is happening today.
“If long-time friends and allies in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Israel and Ukraine are not enough to persuade Biden, or if he thinks the opinion of a Saudi newspaper editor will necessarily be biased against him, perhaps his team should look closer to home — and read a recent editorial in the Wall Street Journal that condemned his foreign policy direction in eloquent terms.
‘In this new era of Great Power competition, the US can’t afford to alienate allies that can help deter authoritarian aggressors bent on harming US interests and values. The US is paying the price in the Ukraine crisis for having lost the Saudis,’ the editorial concluded.
“I rest my case.”

Oh, how I wish I could have been there when Ole’ Joe let one rip in front of Princess/Queen Consort Camilla
Barker Bowles! LOL 😉 I wonder how noxious it smelled and if it intoxicated Her Royal Highness? Apparently, she could not stop talking about it, she was so traumatized! …Hahahaha! Farter-In-Chief!! Hahaha… an even worse president than Jimmy Carter, now who would have ever believed that possible? The Old Fart is literally a walking fart! LOL 😉
Perhaps ol’dead-shark-eyes Biden’s aim is by triggering a thermonuclear war, fulfills UN agenda30 of reducing the population, that Covid failed to do and in his dreams, becomes world leader. Who knows? There are plenty of lunatics, leftists and “greens” who in principle, support this “great reset” to get rid of the west and create a world “socialist” new order, where they’ll own everything and be happy, while we’ll be serfs in this new “equal” utopia.
The editor shows amazing restraint in his remarks!
George Soros puppet-Obama puppet, Biden, and his regime have placed America and all of America’s allies in extreme danger. A danger that also includes genocidal Iran setting off a nuclear holocaust.
Israel, US rulers have betrayed the world. Act immediately against Iran, and save the world!
The presidency of Joe Biden is only a long string of disasters. The disasters include loss of energy independence, runaway inflation, shortages of various items, also a disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, loss of United States reputation around the world, also the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan emboldened Vladimir Putin of Russia to attack Ukraine, and also this disastrous nuclear deal with Iran. With all this it looks like Joe Biden is moving this world toward a Thermonuclear War. Joe Biden is the worst president of the United States in all of its history. He is even worse than James Buchanan whose actions contributed to the start of the Civil War in the 19th century
Stop putting Slow Joe’s pics everywhere. I don’t want to doze off during the day.
What a lousy character.
