Two New York attorneys (one of them Muslim, below right) used and distributed Molotov cocktails during the violent George Floyd riots in New York City. They threw one firebomb into a manned police car but they won’t pay much of a price. Their plea agreement was reduced after a previous plea agreement had already been reduced by the terrorist-sympathizing Biden Regime.
Independent Sentinel Attorneys Colinford Mattis and Urooj Rahman threw Molotov cocktails into a police vehicle in New York on behalf of Georg Floyd. The police quickly escaped the vehicle that immediately caught on fire. The two attorneys faced 30 years in prison for legitimate terrorism charges.
According to the New York Post, a bystander told authorities that Rahman ‘tried to distribute Molotov cocktails to the witness and others so that those individuals could likewise use the incendiary devices in furtherance of more destruction and violence’. The bystander even snapped a photo of the pair in the car while they were allegedly trying to pass out the devices.
Rahman is registered as an attorney in New York state, who was admitted to the bar in June 2019 after graduating from Fordham University School of Law.Mattis, a graduate of Princeton University and the New York University School of Law, is an associate at corporate Manhattan firm Pryor Cashman. Brooklyn Community Board 5 in East New York lists Mattis as one of its members.
Their prestigious backgrounds were mentioned by prosecutors in the detention memo as evidence they knew exactly what they were doing when allegedly carrying out the vandalism.
“They knew their acts endangered the NYPD officers and protesters on the street, as well as their own futures, and the defendants were undeterred,” they wrote.
This week, Team Biden massively reduced the charges in a plea agreement. They probably won’t get more than two years with time served. The plea agreement reduces an earlier plea agreement!
The plea deal by the Justice Department takes your breath away. That’s especially so when one considers the penalties for Jan 6th rioters and paraders who didn’t try to kill police officers sitting in a parked police car.
First, these two were allowed out on bail even though they were trying to distribute Molotov cocktails. Rahman’s bail was paid by his friend Salmah Rizvi who worked at State under Barack Hussein Obama.
Rahman and Mattis pleaded guilty last year to one count of possessing and making an explosive device, which carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison. They can now withdraw that plea and say they only conspired to assemble the Molotov cocktail and damage a police car.
Colinford Mattis allegedly had a store of firebombs in his vehicle. He was videotaped as he attempted to hand them out to other rioters to fuel further violence. Rahman told reporters that “the only way they hear us is through violence.”
They aren’t particularly sympathetic subjects. Why did they get off so easily? It’s obviously because the partisan DOJ and Biden agree with them.
Disgusting.
The Department of Justice is actually no department of “justice”. When a Muslim throws a firebomb at a manned police vehicle, it is okay with the dept. of justice. When Trump supporters were invited by Washington DC police into the capitol on January 6, 2020 non violent protesters get charged by dept. of justice” so called “judges” with years and years in dirty, stinking, unsanitary, overcrowded jails and prisons where even the food and water both contain very harmful bacteria. Inmates were denied medical prescription medicine. And the inmates are also illegally denied the right to an attorney, bail, and the right to a speedy trial as “guaranteed” by the US Constitution.
I thought the Merrick Garland DOJ had the direct hand in rescuing these terrorists from justice but I’m not surprised that it goes deeper in that Rahman’s friend was a worker for Obama. It is emerging as quite clear that while this country slept and took its freedom for granted a hard marxist left was busy laying down its infrastructure for revolution in the US, Taft is BLM, Antigua and BDS. With calculation and cunning the left caused the American people to forget the 9/11 attacks. Now we are not only being challenged by foreign malefactors but also by a fifth flank of hostiles within the country.

They should have been put under the jail.
I think the DOJ under Biden is recognizing that under Sharia Law it is NOT A Crime for a Muslim to murder a Kaffir.
