Esmahan Abd Al-Aal, the head of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad’s Women’s Framework, says that female terrorists and the mothers of “martyrs” are role models and “icons” of struggle, resistance, and tenacity in the fight to exterminate Israelis and eliminate the state of Israel.
She noted several examples of “glamorous” female “role models”, including Palestinian terrorists Dalal Mughrabi, Leila Khaled, and Hanadi Jaradat. Dalal Mughrabi, who killed 38 Israeli civilians, and Fatima Bernawi, who served 10 years for her failed Jerusalem suicide bombing, were honored in a special broadcast on PA TV.
For International Women’s Day, March 8, 2021, the Palestinians are remembering role models of honorable and fighting women, including terrorist martyr Dalal Mughrabi (who led the murder of 38 Israelis, including 12 children), poet Fadwa Touqan, fighter Fatima Barnawi (terrorist, who tried, but failed to set off her suicide bomb in movie theater), and the first female Palestinian photographer Karima Aboud.
In a Palestinian suicide bombing attack on Sbarro pizza restaurant in Jerusalem in 2001, 15 people were murdered in the bombing. Palestinian terrorist, Ahlam Tamimi, who chose the place and led the suicide bomber to the restaurant, cannot hide her smile at hearing that she helped murder not 3, as she thought, but 8 Jewish children.
Israel agreed to release her and 1,027 other Palestinian prisoners from Israeli prisons in exchange for Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit, Since her release, Tamimi has appeared in several interviews on Hamas’ Al-Aqsa TV, in which she not only says that she does not regret what she did, she would like to do it again.
The parents of the Sbarro suicide bomber both expressed their pride and appreciation for Tamimi and how she helped their son become a martyr: “We are proud of Ahlam Tamimi even more than our son, by Allah. She fulfilled her obligation and made us proud.”
