I have never been on my knees with a guy standing behind me knowing he is either going to put a bullet in the back of my head, as they are cowards, or he is going to cut my head off, but I would like to think I would try and use the back of my head to butt him in the nuts, stand up and start kicking, after all what are they gonna do, kill me….
