You know how they explain that marijuana is a “gateway” drug to uncreased use of harder substances? This statute is even more so a “gateway” to increased anti-social behaviors (leading to outright violence, increasingly dangerous criminal action and lures the susceptible into doing it, such as younger people who see the total lack of consequences so what the heck give it a try)
