According to Politico, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has stressed that only Former US President Donald Trump could end the war in Ukraine. Reportedly, the Hungarian PM asserted that peace negotiations are the need of the hour between the U.S. and Russia, with Trump serving as the American representative.
In recent times, several European leaders, including French President Macron and Finnish PM Sanna Marin have expressed their dissatisfaction with Biden and his non-sensical approach to the Ukraine war. Biden has practically enslaved and blackmailed European countries to continue fighting for Ukraine. Russia and Europe’s ties have been shattered by Biden alone.
When Trump was the President of the United States, Europe consistently criticized him, branding him a megalomaniac who might ignite World War III. They now realize that Joe Biden, who was formerly thought to be a savior of the world, could be the catalyst for the Third World War. They are now pleading with Trump to engage in peace talks, which, to be honest, is what Europe needs right now.
Has anybody asked Ukrainians how they want the war ended? It will not be by negotiating away parts of their country only to see Russia attack again. Macron and Merkel were all for the Minsk Accords that were essentially written by Russia for Russia’s benefit. Europe needs to pay attention to what Putin has been writing and speaking about since 2004. To the point Ukraine as a country has no right to exist, Ukrainian people have no right to exist, Ukrainian language and culture have no right to exist. Under any definition of Genocide this is pretty much it. The Russian Army is proving that everyday in Ukraine. Putin regards negotiation as surrender by his opponent. Remember Putin invaded Ukraine in Feb 2014 and did so again Feb 2022. Does anyone really believe Putin will honor any “peace” agreement? Putin will honor brute voice because that is what he, a former KGB Agent, understands.
As for the Europeans let’s break this down to Western Europe vs. Central and Eastern Europe. The later two have been warning Western Europe for years about Putin and were both ignored and laughed at. The later two were under former Soviet rule and know very well they will fight to the death before they go back. Never Again is the motto they have. Western Europe forgot that freedom cannot be taken for granted.
We will see what winter brings in Eastern Ukraine (the Donbas) with all the ill equipped and poorly trained mobilized Russians. No winter cloths, no functioning weapons, etc. (Many are already going back to Russia in boxes – Cargo 200). They will be facing battle harden Ukrainians trained and equipped by the West.
Please note that Ukrainians are VERY grateful for everything provided by the U.S., UK, Canada, NATO, etc. If you are an American or a member of one of the other Western countries you can do no wrong and when they find out that you are they will give you a very big smile, shake your hand, and give a loud thank you to you.
As for TFI Global as a news source I take them with caution. I watched them for years and then like flipping a switch they took a very anti Ukrainian stance and a very pro Russian one. They lost their neutrality in reporting the news. This is evey after PM Modi dressed down Putin at the SCO meeting.
Now they’re scared of being buried under a nuclear cloud, they want Trump back. They’ll have to fight their own battles now because Biden won’t save them; he’s too busy licking his ice cream in his basement.
