Not only diphtheria, but many of these migrants also are infected with drug-resistant strains of tuberculosis.

where do you think all the bedbugs are coming from which are invading our hotels and private houses at an alarming rate. They are insidious little brown flat pests and hide in hard to reach places. During my years of travel by bus and train through the countries between Turkey and Indonesia I got used to see them crawling out as soon as the lights went dim and the only way you can protect yourself is to rub eucalyptus oil onto your skin. Their bites are 10 times more itchy than mosquitoes and last more than 2 month but you can sterilize your cotton cloth like this :
moisten them a bit by sprinkling with hot water, stick them into a plastic bag, close the bag airtight and microwave them a bit. The developing steam in the bag + the m-waves will kill them. But be careful because some microwave ovens focus their waves and the resulting focal spot can burn a hole into tissue.
The West had the critters wiped out for the most part, 3rd worlders brought them back in with chemical resistance. Now we only got heat to kill them. Some people don’t react to their bites, but for others, it’s the worst insect bite. They can cause anemia. Rampant in Muslum shit holes.

Why does UK have to take in any of these migrants? Anyone from any part of the world can enter UK as an asylum seeker now ?
The UK can’t officially send them back as they usually have no travel documents or even ID upon arrival.
Until the above is deemed to be no longer an issue or barrier to instant deportation then they will simply keep coming.
Except former English-born professionals, who are excluded FOREVER!
