The “17-year-old” with a “migration background” was arrested in Germany on suspicion of murdering his 55-year-old school teacher with a knife just hours after he had been suspended from school for one day for misbehaving. According to the public prosecutor, Ms. K. was alone in her classroom at the time. It is unclear why the 55-year-old had not already gone home like her students. The 17-year-old probably already had the knife with him and started stabbing the teacher. Not just once, but several times, as the autopsy has now revealed. The 55-year-old’s cries for help were apparently not heard by anyone.
According to the public prosecutor’s office, the student repeatedly tangled with teachers. RTL reporter Klaus Felder talks to other students on site. However, they paint a different picture of the suspect.
One of them says: “He was a weird guy. Came to school in winter in slippers and shorts. Had no contact with his parents. Went from home to home.” Another student at the Ibbenbüren vocational school: “Sinan always had a knife with him so he could cut his fruit. Often fought. He did martial arts and liked to box.”
The group of students also said that controversial statements in politics class were the reason for an upcoming one-week expulsion from school. The 17-year-old was supposed to appear here on the afternoon of January 10, first to talk to the victim and then to the school administration. That never happened..
So was being expelled from school the reason why Sinan went nuts? The suspect is still silent on the allegations. The public prosecutor’s office in Münster applied for an arrest warrant on suspicion of manslaughter on Wednesday evening. If convicted, the student faces a youth penalty of up to ten years. (Manslaughter??? It was murder, at least 2nd degree, probably 1st)

No excuse. I don’t care what problems people face. There is no excuse for hurting others, except in self-defence. This 17-year-old creep must be charged with murder and face life imprisonment or death penalty. Nothing less.
There’s no point keeping that man in any relatively civilized nation. Does Germany forcibly repatriate anyone anymore? Or has it given up being a civilized nation? If the man cannot receive the ultimate punishment for this crime, he should be held in prison for the rest of his natural life. Alternatively, repatriate him and make damned sure he never enters the country again, on pain of death if he attempts it.
Of course a prosecution requires sufficient evidence to prove guilt and conjectures are insufficient but only the naive would NOT consider that he was radicalized before he migrated, saw himself as allah’s soldier ready willing and able to kill the infidel, had training for this “mission,” was more than his claimed age AND his knife was only to cut fruit.
