SWEDEN: Syrian Muslim migrant rapists receive the lightest possible sentences, while avoiding deportation for brutal gang rape

Virtually all gang rapes in Sweden are committed by young Muslim men with a non-Western immigrant background. The quintet who are now being sentenced for a serious gang rape in Malmö last October follow the pattern. Only one of the perpetrators is sentenced to prison. None of them will be deported.

However, she did not come home. Instead, she was forced into Kungsparken where the five gang members broke her down on the ground, tore off her clothes and took turns raping her orally, vaginally and anally while humiliating her.

They also took the opportunity to rob the woman of her bank card and ID document with the aim of later draining her bank account of money.

If a police patrol that was out on another mission had not noticed the incident, the abuse would have continued even longer and the perpetrators might not have been caught. Now they were stopped in the act and could be caught red-handed.

All of them have denied any crime in interrogation and trial, one of them to have had sex with the woman at all and the other four that everything happened with consent. However, it is not information backed up by evidence, the woman’s story, how the incident unfolded or what the intervening police patrol observed.

The penalty of youth supervision that Tayssir is sentenced to is limited concretely to the fact that the convicted person is not allowed to stay out on weekend nights and not use drugs. Yamen has previously been convicted of crimes against relatives. Hussein is previously convicted of theft.

The defense lawyers of the five gang-rapists have collectively cost Sweden’s taxpayers nearly one million kroner.

Tax-financed SVT, which reports on the verdict , chooses to keep readers and viewers in the dark about the fact that all the convicts have a non-Western immigrant (aka Muslim) background. This is also done by Sveriges Radio, Dagens Nyheter, Svenska Dagbladet, Aftonbladet and all other “old media” whose reporting Samnytt has controlled. Listed media, on the other hand, are careful to state the gender and age of the perpetrators.
