Can anyone believe that governments, even the Irish one, are not aware of all of this fraudulent activity? And anyhow, existing law takes care of such criminals. If any person – you or I for example – should arrive in Ireland with no passport, we would be detained right away and then deported back to the country which obviously must have allowed them to leave and board an aircraft for a foreign destination without showing a passport or other valid travel document! All of this is covered by law in mutual agreement under treaty between “advanced” countries and one must therefore understand that an undeclared and secret policy is being followed!
We thought our government would protect us from illegal migration of people who could be running from criminal charges.
Our country is sick of this.
We have successive weak governments who have allowed this to go on unchecked.
The dregs of Africa and Asia are setting their siights on us because they know how our leaders have no backbone.
They don’t even follow the laws you refer to which should be an infringement of their responsibility towards the populace.

All sovereign countries have the legal right to defend its borders.
All we need us for our Navy to be permanently in the channel to push the boats back. Its perfectly legal.

You forgot germany because as of today germany alone has taken more than your country and all of the other european countries so how can your country be the dustbin of europe, germany has this honor and that since years. England like france have colonies in these countries and because of that they have to give them their pass, germany has none of that but takes the load like all that come on in italy are bussed to germany or all that come from france, so were is the trashcan.
