The Chechen Muslim migrant-wannabe and trained boxer, Nuradi A, in Germany illegally, is a Russian citizen, who should have already been deported. Instead, he beat a transgender man, Malte C, 25, to death after the “man” defended two lesbian women from homophobic insults during a LGBTQ Pride Parade in the city of Münster. For this savage murder, the district court in Münster has sentenced the 20-year-old to a youth sentence of only five years and ordered him to be placed in a rehabilitation center.

The public prosecutor’s office reasoned that it can be assumed that the 20-year-old will continue to commit acts of violence in the future as he had a history of it in the past. Last February, Nuradi A., who is a trained boxer, also punched a victim, resulting in his arrest. In June, the delinquent was sentenced per a so-called educational measure for intentional bodily harm; he was also ordered to pay €200 to a social institution and be supervised by a social worker for six months.
Defender Siegmund Benecken (81) had spoken out in favor of an “appropriate youth penalty”, but did not name an exact penalty. The most important thing for the client is therapy and overcoming his drug and alcohol addiction. In juvenile criminal law, the focus is on the idea of education, not the punishment.
The killer did not want to speak publicly in court, instead he smiled at his friends in the audience. He also hid behind his Chechen origins and tried to make himself a victim.
Even before the trial, it became known that Nuradi A. could be homosexual himself . An expert came to the conclusion that the act could be an unconscious defense against one’s own homosexual desires. The devout Muslim would therefore be exposed to danger in his Chechen Muslim homeland. Ever since his possible sexual orientation became known, the family has been threatened by angry Chechens.

REMIX News On Saturday, Aug. 27, more than 10,000 people gathered in downtown Münster, Germany, to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community when a Chechen Muslim illegal migrant, identified as Nuradi A., started hurling homophobic slurs at two lesbian women. The attacker called the two women “lesbian whores” and shouted “Fuck you.” When the attacker approached the women threateningly, Malte C., a transgender man, intervened, asking Nuradi A. to leave them alone.
Nuradi A then attacked Malte C., punching him in the face, throwing him to the ground, and beating him until he was unconscious, according to German newspaper Bild. The victim was plunged into a coma due to a cerebral hemorrhage, with the 25-year-old dying on Friday due to his injuries.
News reports indicated that Nuradi A’s asylum request had already been rejected by the German government, and he should have been deported back to Russia, but the war in Ukraine hampered his deportation. However, Germany already had a poor record on deportations — even for those individuals convicted of crimes — long before the war in Ukraine broke out.
Germany has suffered from similar cases in the past, including a Syrian migrant who targeted two gay men in Dresden in 2020. The Syrian stabbed one of them to death, saying that he did it in the name of Islam and to “punish the infidels.” He said he did not regret the attack.
Earlier this summer, in June, approximately 30 men of “southern origin” attacked an LGBT parade in Karlsruhe, beating a number of participants and setting an LGBT flag on fire.

Five years, that is a long time here in the shithole germany and i bet with anyone that he is free within 2 years when not sooner. Germany is a failed state and it is showing it more daily.
