Officials at the totally corrupt UN are pushing for the legalization of sexual relations with underage children, a practice that is widely practiced in the Muslim world (See links at bottom of page).
FOX News A shocking report issued by international legal experts with the backing of the United Nations appears to open the floodgates to normalize sex with minors.
“Sexual conduct involving persons below the domestically prescribed minimum age of consent to sex may be consensual in fact, if not in law,” the Geneva-based International Commission of Jurists wrote in March with an assist from UNAIDS and the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.
The report is titled “The 8 March Principles for a Human Rights-Based Approach to Criminal Law Proscribing Conduct Associated with Sex, Reproduction, Drug Use, HIV, Homelessness and Poverty.”It is published front-and-center on the group’s website.
It does not actively call for decriminalizing sex between adults and minors. But it states that children have both the capacity and the legal right to make sexual decisions.
According to the United Nations, children may consent to sex with adults. This has been the plan all along,” social media influencer Ian Miles Cheong tweeted over the weekend to his 538,000 followers. The report does not offer a suggested age of sexual consent.
It was released on March 8 in recognition of International Women’s Day, the commission states online, suggesting there is a connection between women’s rights and age of sexual consent. The once-unthinkable recommendations from an international cabal of global elite legal minds appears to suggest that pedophilia could be normalized.
It touched off a horrified reaction on social media around the world. “The UN is full of pedophiles!!!!” former NHL star and Canadian Olympic gold medalist Theo Fleury shouted on Twitter.
“This hideous UN report … seeks to decriminalize sex — even between children and minors. Evil,” tweeted women’s rights activist Michelle Uriarau of Melbourne, Australia. She notes that its publication on International Women’s Day succeeded in “gaslighting women everywhere.”
The International Commission of Jurists added in its report, “In this context, the enforcement of criminal law should reflect the rights and capacity of persons under 18 years of age to make decisions about engaging in consensual sexual conduct and their right to be heard in matters concerning them.”
National Review Conservative critics of the growing libertinism in the West have warned that the next step will be to allow adult/minor consensual sex. Those who scoff at such warnings as paranoia should scoff no more. Two U.N. agencies, in conjunction with the International Committee of Jurists, have published a new report on criminal law that urges doing just that.
It is eye-popping. The report seeks to decriminalize behavior that “is prohibited as condemnation of certain conduct seen as deserving reprobation and punishment.” That apparently includes consensual sex between adults and minors:
This is despicable. If national laws are changed in line with this recommendation, it would essentially gut statutory-rape laws because it can only mean that if the minor consented to whatever kind of sex was engaged, it should not be prosecuted if the minor is deemed sufficiently mature to have said yes.
It said further, “Pursuant to their evolving capacities and progressive autonomy, persons under 18 years of age should participate in decisions affecting them, with due regard to their age, maturity and best interests, and with specific attention to non-discrimination guarantees.”
Each development suggests people in positions of authority have worked to break traditional legal bounds, societal structures and once-universal taboos for the purpose of sexualizing children.
THE FEDERALIST Activists for normalizing pedophilia are on the move. Public acceptance of adult sex with children is the next domino poised to fall in identity politics. It’s being sustained, among other things, by the rapid sexualization of children in the media and in K-12 education. But the selective dehumanization of children has been going on for a long time now. Why should we think it’ll be any different when the time comes for legalizing pedophilia?
Unveiling pedophilia as “just fine” will likely be an ambush if we aren’t prepared. It promises to be as swift as the “transgender tipping point” campaign that shrewdly coincided with the Supreme Court’s Obergefell decision in 2015. It will be accompanied by a defiant campaign to paint any resistance as a relic of outdated morality that oppresses the rights of an identity group and the civil rights of any children caught in it.
We’ve already being desensitized to the sexualization of children and implanting gender confusion in them. Parents from Long Beach, California to Queens, New York are taking their toddlers to drag queen story times at local libraries. Some, like the mother of nine-year-old Lactatia, now actually groom their boys to be drag queens and encourage them to get other children to do the same.
Media outlets spread the idea. For example, “Good Morning America” recently celebrated an 11-year-old drag queen who danced suggestively on the show and does the same at adult night clubs. The studio audience looked groomed to be a picture of Middle America. They cheered his gyrations on cue, and approvingly.
Consider this: If pedophilia is ever normalized, what are the chances that the word “pedophobia” and the term “pedophobe” will be used as slurs against people who disapprove? Against churches that disapprove? Could they be used in the same way the terms “homophobia” and “transphobia” are used as slurs today?
A majority of American parents are already tacitly okay with sex “education” that pushes early sexual activity on their kids, along with developmentally inappropriate teachings about various sexual practices. They’re also getting on board with having the transgender hoax imposed on their kids, with a bunch of cool moms modeling that behavior. Most parents who are disturbed by all this are overwhelmed and keep their concerns to themselves, which only perpetuates the trend.
Our public schools, with the backing of the highly politicized American Academy of Pediatrics, are also now in the business of nudging any young child to get injections of puberty blockers if he or she claims to be transgender. Some states are now threatening to take away custody from any parent who is not on board with that.
Of course. In this scenario, if you express reservations about sexual activity between pre-pubescent children and adults, you will be publicly shamed and silenced as a “pedophobe” for doing so. A bigot. A hater.
